Are you going to re-elect (purchase their next gen consoles) Nintendo, Sony and/or Microsoft?

How do you feel about the promises made this generation and what they delivered on? Has one party (Nintendo, Sony and/or Microsoft) disappointed you enough this term where you're contemplating switching parties in the future?

Michael

The best thing about this type of election is you can vote for all the candidates. And they all do far more to make my life better than the other kind of election.

I don't believe I will be. I have quite a backlog with the "Current gen" stuff that I am okay with not purchasing a new generation of consoles and games.

I have a Wii U deluxe pre-ordered. I'm having a hard time convincing myself to go through with the purchase though. I might skip next gen all together, or at least take a break until like 2015-2016.

Amen to that...I couldn't have said it any better myself.

Trust me...I know the feeling.

I have the Wii U pre-ordered. I'll let you know on the others once I find out more about them. Sony is sure as hell going to have to wow me after how terrible they've been this gen.

Ive pre-ordered the Wii U and I'm planning to get the PS4 for sure though I won't be an early adopter anymore after the Wii U. Nextbox is a maybe for now. I want to see what kinda exclusive RPGs it has.

I paid off my Wii U preorders long ago. I'm not really sure if I am going to buy the new Sony or MS consoles. I think the PS3 and 360 are very stupid so if Sony and MS go in these directions I may just stick with PC, Nintendo and handhelds.

I'm waiting. I have enough backlogged games to keep me busy until the next gen gets a price drop and a good catalog of games.

I second Ice Kings's response.

Technically I have a steam gaming box. It's called my computer. And once my wireless 360 controller receiver gets here I'll even be able to play it on the couch.

Well, I already have a 3DS and Vita, and I've got the Deluxe Wii U pre-ordered. After that, I'll likely wait a while for any other new systems, since I've still got plenty in my PS3 and 360 backlogs.

Nintendo - I've got a Wii U preordered. Even though they disappointed me this term, their promises for the future recaptured my interest.

Sony - I will get a PlayStation 4. Sony's never disappointed me when it comes to their home consoles...and despite a few obvious mistakes, I'm confident they'll deliver.

Microsoft - I do not agree with Microsoft's politics with the way they're handling the Xbox division. I also don't think this candidate will ease up on these policies...in fact I think they'll get worse. Therefore, I'm disinclined to give them my vote. However, if Halo 4 continues to be as awesome as it's been so far, I may reconsider if Halos 5 and 6 continue their epicness.

I'm going to sell two of my votes (Wii-U) so that that I can cast the other votes for free. I HOPE that I get a good price for them so I don't CHANGE my mind.

WiiU - Already Preordered
PS4 - Will buy at the right price
NextBox - Very uncertain, they better bring some gamez or it's a no.

"Technically I have a steam gaming box. It's called my computer. And once my wireless 360 controller receiver gets here I'll even be able to play it on the couch."

I finally got my "big picture" setup done, and it looks great. The wireless receiver works (surprisingly) and it's just like playing an advanced console. Pretty cool.
