You know, I like seeing Obama show his compassion for what happened up front. Goes to show that people really do care about what happens in the world. More people should be like this. Expand your Circle of Empathy!

I believe his speech was heart felt and I applaud him for it. I thought his choice of Psalm 147:3 was a perfect scripture for this tragedy.

Between people like Steve and the people trying to blame this on video games, lack of gun control, or using it to vie for gun control... Yeah. Got some real crocodile tears out there.

This is one of the biggest tragedies to have happened in a very long time. Any politicization of this issue on either side is just despicable IMO.

Wow, what a pathetic post. How does being a man or being in a position of power relate to crying? This was a tragic incident and one that involved young children for that matter. Crying over a situation such as this does not show a weakness but that he is sorrowful over a situation such as this. How about growing up and stop having a 50's mindset. People are pathetic if they think this has anything to do with politics either.

I'm not sure why you think crying is automatically weakness.

You are mistaken

Wow, you are very narrow minded if you think having a very simple human emotion makes them less of a person.

WTF is wrong with some people? Call me weak, then, because I cried like a mofo when I heard this news. How can you NOT cry when it involves innocent children? I'm not the biggest fan of Obama, but after seeing him cry like that over this event, I have much more respect for him.

Grown men aren't afraid to cry. It's as plain and simple as that. You'd be amazed how many women will like you just on that alone, or being man enough to apologize.

Wow Bill Sussman as if you weren't acting more pathetic and idiotic more then right now, if this kind of tragedy or others like it doesn't cause you to shed a tear or two either you're a sociopath or just a heartless fool.
