I'll probably regret not playing Dark Souls. I've bought it on Cyber Monday but I won't get it till next Monday. What about you?

There is a small part of me that chose to play Mass Effect 2 now on the off chance the world does end.

Missing out on:

Ni No Kuni
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
KOTOR
Valkyria Chronicles
(the latter two are in my backlog)

And not finishing Persona 4, Gravity Rush and Darksiders II.

Probably express my anger towards somethings in gaming today in eloquent speech and also never playing stuff like anything from the MGS saga or Journey.

BioShock Infinite was held back, and I never got to play it.

The Amazing Spiderman and Rage is still on my backlog. Several other games i held off from playing because of reviews or other stuff like Res Evil 6, Max Payne 3 and Ghost Recon Future Soldier.

I never did finish Darksiders 2 and Borderlands 2.

Not playing the Campaign of either COD:BO2 or Halo 4. I just went straight into multiplayer for both games.

Buying the recent Twisted Metal. The game isn't that bad but it certainly did not warrant a pre-order at full price. At least I got Twisted Metal: Black as a bonus.

Gravity Rush is really cool IMHO - plus it isn't that long. IDK, just something about the world just sucked me in even with the games flaws. And combat while not uber precise isn't at all aggravating.
