Oh man. Wonderbook vs. Halo 4, eh?

Then next week it's Persona 4 Golden vs. a new console launch, that should go over equally well.

I'm really curious about what the public reception to this game will be. Sony seems to be banking a lot on it and i have yet to see a TV spot/add for it.

After E3 the only time I've heard anyone mention it was to ridicule it, and even that was mostly on video game forums.

I'm disappointed in the universe that Jason wasn't the one to create this topic.

LOL, that made me seriously crack up. I was like "ugh, not another BO2 thread."

Then BAM, wonderbook!

This will mop the floors in sales.....

Maybe they are marketing more aggressively in the UK/EU or something, but there are lots of J.K.Rowling fans out west...you'd think they'd put some money behind it.

I have it preordered. Picking it up from Gamestop tomorrow and laughing at all the chumps standing in line massaging their care packages.

I love going to a launch and picking up a minor release and just getting stared at. Last gen there was some big ticket game coming out and there were 7 people in front of me who all picked up that game (can't remember it), and when I got to the register the guy just took the game from the stack, rang it up and told me the total, and I asked "the total for what?" "For this game." I told him that I was here for Katamari Damacy. It was funny.

I would honestly rather buy Wonderbook than Halo 4. At least it's something different.

LOL, that's fantastic!

I should totally go to Gamestop tonight and ask for the Wonderbook and fight against all the CoD fanboys.

When I went to the Diablo III midnight launch, there were 2 people there picking up "Battleship" for the Xbox 360. Haha.

It's pretty special. The looks from those around you as they wonder how you have immunity to popular culture are precious.

"But... But... He didn't buy *insert popular thing here*."

I remember hearing similar stories about Phantasy Star Portable 2, which came out on the same day as Halo: Reach. me, I just got my PSPo2 copy over PSN.

I am tempted to call a Gamestop and ask if they will have Wonderbook for a midnight release.

You know what else is different: Naughty Bear!. I'll send you a copy, if it's different from Halo it has to be good, right?

Anything other than Halo and CoD has got to be a good game! Pedobear FTW!

I thought this was going to be about Lego Lord of the Rings.

Best Nov. 13th game? I think so.

Speaking of which, where the heck is the Wii U version of that game? I don't understand why they can't port the 360/PS3 version, add a map or pause screen to the gamepad and release the game. The only Lego game that I was looking forward to since Star Wars and they haven't announced a Wii U version.

Are you kidding? I bet everyone going to Game Stop tonight for the Black Ops II event will also purchase Wonderbook. Why else would they release it on the same day as CoD??
