What are some good multiplayer games for the PS3? Preferably no shooters, please. I already have LBP1, and LBPK. Im also looking to get Portal 2, Ratchet and Clank: FFF, MNR, and LBP2. Help me, gaming community! I cant think of any games! I'll even take a few shooters, if they have vehicles.

Castle Crashers and Scott Pilgrim vs the World are two excellent local CooP games. Saint's Row 2 and 3 are better with a friend too.

Besides what's been mentioned:

Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo
You Don't Know Jack
Most sports games, though some like Tiger Woods will be hot seat rather than simultaneous play.
1v1 fighter games
TMNT Turtles in Time Reshelled

Castlevania Harmony of Despair on PSN. It a grind fest but I had a lot of fun with it. over 500 hours of playtime and I still pick it up once in a while.

Not sure what type of game you are looking for, but we enjoy playing Dungeon Hunter:Alliance. Dead Nation is a fun game to get in on. If you want a game in the style of Contra games, Hard Corps:Uprising is a great game; it's a little difficult, however. ;)

Do you care if it's competative or co-op?

Shank 2
Pixeljunk Eden/Shooter/Shooter2 (note on co-op is local, other multiplayer isn't)/Sidescroller - those guys love local multiplayer
Super Street Fighter II HD Remix
Rayman Origins
Rock Band Games
Magic 2012/2013

Battlefield 3 plenty of vehicles in that one.

How is One Piece compared to the other Warriors games? I'm not a big fan of anime in general and know absolutely nothing about the story but I love me some Warriors games. I have Warriors Orochi 3 on the PS3 but haven't played it in a while.

The Trine series is great for local co-op.

My niece has the game because she is a huge fan of the series. I tried it(never watched the first episode), and just couldn't stand it. If you are looking for a cartoony version of Dynasty Warriors, it's not too bad, gameplay-wise. I just couldn't get past the hokey characters.

Yeah I'm not too concerned about the visuals or story. I'm just wondering how it compares gameplay wise to the others.

I thought that battlefield was only single player and online multiplayer. Am I wrong?

it also has co-op but online only. Battlefield never does split screen co-op.
