Feel free to either just make a list, go into detail explaining your picks, or anything else you feel. Doesn't really matter how long your list is, but I think I'll stick with around 10.

10. Singularity
9. Far Cry 2
8. Dragon Age 2
7. Madworld
6. Crysis 2
5. Bulletstorm
4. Rage
3. BioShock 2
2. Metro 2033
1. Dear Esther

Vanquish
Binary Domain
Syndicate

Lord of the Rings:War in the North
Goldeneye 007 Reloaded for Xbox 360/PS3 The Wii version was pretty good too, but the graphics are amazing on xbox/ps3
DarkStar One- a bit of Mass Effect, a bit of EVE online. RPG, shooting, space combat....just get it already!
Hunted:The Demons Forge-This hack'n slash dungeon crawler is totally awesome and addictive. It's a shame critics were so negative.
Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning: Gorgeous Action RPG with great color scheme (Fable/Torchlight/WOW) & great combat.
Dragons Dogma-Like Hunted and KOA-great combat, awesome monsters (except no MINOTAURS=BETRAYAL!) and lots to do!

The Witcher - it's strange that almost nobody has played this, when it's easily one of the best RPGs this generation

Vanquish - by far my favorite third person shooter this gen. A great concept, awesome gameplay, and perfect controls.

Nier - best story/characters of any game this gen

Huh? Rage doesn't get half the recognition it deserves, neither does Crysis 2.

I don't know about that. When both Rage and Crysis 2 came out, there was a lot of talk about them both in the press and within the community. It's just that most of the talk about Rage was that it was a bad game, which I guess could make it "underrated", but Crysis 2 seemed to be very well-liked and discussed.

Binary Domain is a perfect game for this discussion. That game was pretty much ignored by everybody when it came out, despite it being a very good game. Same with The Darkness II.

If you ever wanted to import it and play it, I'd be willing to help you through the process. I won't talk about anything that has to do with piracy, as I'm not for it, but I'd walk you through getting a legal import of it to play. It takes like 5 minutes and it's ridiculously easy.

Well, Crysis 2 is one of the those games that gets randomly dumped on for no apparent reason. I've played both Crysis and Crysis 2, and while I do think there's a little (I said only a little) more freedom, the game play is largely the same, and I never felt restrained with either game. The gun play is better, it's more focused, and really, Crysis's open world was a gimmick at best. It's hardly open world, because there's no damn reason to explore or do anything other than the missions at hand.

So is this a "underrated by reviewers" or a "not played by enough people" thing? Because The Witcher fits one category. Alpha Protocol fits both.

I can promise you that you won't brick it or anything. It's very, very easy. PS: I, myself, am a total moron, so if I can do it, anyone can. ;P

I looked into importing it, Classic suggested HMV.com or game.co.uk, the cheapest I found was $71 bucks at HMV.com, too expensive for me.

My brother and I rented LoTR: Conquest and had a blast...especially the evil campaign. You can burn the Shire!

Go with Amazon.co.uk. They ship to the states (marketplace sellers do not).

Sadly, it's 28-29 pounds now, but it was between 17-18 pounds at its lowest. Keep an eye on it. It's between $46-$48 now.

Oh wow, that isn't too bad. I'll hold off for a bit to see if it drops again, but I might be willing to pay the $48 eventually.

thanks.

My regular amazon account even works lol.

I usually do Shopto or Amazon.co.uk for import orders, as I've heard about some nightmares with Game and Zavvi. When I ordered my copy it cost me $41 USD, which wasn't at its lowest, though it was low enough for me. I used my regular Amazon account to order from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon Germany, though I had to sign up again on Amazon Germany but was able to sign up with the same info.

I'd pay $48 bucks for sure, I just have a bunch of games to play right now that I can try to wait a bit.
