With the Wii-U coming out, this seems appropriate

1.Gamecube
2.Nintendo 64
3.Super Nintendo
4.NES
5.Wii

I love them all for different reasons

And that is sadly all the Nintendo systems I have owned.

Wii and N64 were the difficult ones to place for me. N64 just holds a special nostalgic place, but the Wii has had some really high quality titles. Was a tough call.
