The THQ deal is super tempting considering I only own Metro, but realistically, I'll never play 7 dollars worth of those games.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 7:23:06 AM PST
I already have all of those THQ games except for Red Faction: Armageddon.
I wouldn't pay $7 for just that. Otherwise it looks like a great deal.

Yes, the Amazon sale has a few better deals but the Steam one overall will see a lot more deals. If you want Darksiders 2 or Hitman: Absolution then go with Amazon. Really your best bet is to check both places.

Yeah and you can get the whole THQ bundle on Steam for 25 bucks instead which seems a little better of a deal.

Anyone play Forge yet?

I've been looking at it, but I'm rather weary of Free to play MMOs... they often suck.

I've seen a few videos, it looks interesting but seems to have a steep learning curve at the beginning. I'm not sure about it, if you loved MMO pvp it seems like that is pretty much what it is. I might grab it at the right price but not sure as I've heard conflicting views on it.

Well another day of steam sales another day of not buying anything. Psychonauts is enticing though.

I'm pretty sure Kirksplosion has it.....not sure how it is though.

Kirksplosion says:
I liked it. I got it for $2.50 on Steam, and that price felt about right, honestly. In a nutshell, it's a really pretty, hour and a half-long, semi-interactive visual short story. Or maybe poem would be more accurate. Anyway, could be worth $5 to you. I don't know.

Thanks, that was going to bug me. I edited my original post so it doesn't mess with anyone.
