And Alan Wake and Splinter Cell aren't even exclusive!

I think companies can track actual sell-through to consumers too. But you are right, shipped is probably more accurate. I would bet that the sold numbers are off by about [insert amount needed for Sony to take second place here].

This isn't covered in your latest issue of Sony Weekly?

If it is third party support late in the ps3's life that could be good for the U, maybe it will get some ports as well. All I know is I am happy with my consoles and don't need news ones. The amount of great games I haven't played yet is massive. :)

According to past threads, that isn't like you.

I know Vitas were in short supply over Black Friday. I saw tons of them in customer hands at Best Buy, and Game Stop was sold out where I was.

You only start things, but never finish them *

I feel you. My games where mostly split between the ps3 and the 360. I didnt really care which one was hooked up. For the most part I cared about having the games in order ie... if I bought AC2 on the ps3 I bought Brotherhood also on the ps3. But I would wish them off depending on what game was cheaper when I purchased it. My Wii got no love expect for Nintendo games.

Now, since I want to try this controller and playing in the bedroom without my wife complaining about the TV light when she is trying to go to sleep I think I might buy alot for the Wii U. Not sure.

You guys need to finish this PS3 vs. 360 sales/Metacritic fight. No, I don't mean "stop." I mean really finish it. Fight to the death. Whomever is still standing over the thousands upon thousands of fanboy corpses will be the winner. And then I'll really know which console is better. Until then, I'll have to go based on the most inaccurate measure in all of gaming; how much fun I have.

I agree. Now if you want to see REAL, bona-fide, impressive sales, just look at the Microsoft tablets.

I'd say the ones who stood on the sidelines will be the real winners.

Yes, throwing rocks at those fighting for being such losers that they care about how much their toys sell.

No, the winner is the second place one, we just laugh at the actual winner.

Flores how are those Sony tablets selling? Yes Sony does in fact sell a tablet who knew?

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 29, 2012 2:10:06 PM PST
MS has a tablet? I thought it was something specifically meant to work with Win8 or the 360. Didn't know it was a whole separate thing.

And yeah, no one wants that thing. It's the second least wanted item according to Nielsen.

I wonder if there are even thousands of fanboys/fangirls for consoles.
