So with games always getting a bad rap most of the time, do you think that you could use games (I talking top titles not games designed to teach) as a way to teach a group of school kids. Which games do you think could be used as a way to teach them something worthwhile?

Voice of god says:
They already use top titles to teach children how to be violent and kill people because video games made them do it.

Depends on what you want to teach them.

Definitely.

HotD Overkill = vocabulary building
Dante's Inferno = great books
L.A. Noire = American history
LittleBigPlanet = physics lesson

There's a lot out there for kids.

"LittleBigPlanet = physics lesson"

Teacher: See kids, this is NOT how physics works in any real place. Please don't ever think it is.

Get a bit inventive. If you can teach a college class on Skyrim, I'm sure you could come up with anything

It's early. I'd rather be sarcastic than inventive.
