I wanted this so bad as a kid and I would still buy it. I loved the old series from the 80's.

My friends and I were so spoiled, I had 'The General' vehicle and about 50 others, and my buddy had the giant space shuttle that was like 4 feet tall.

How much did this cost in 1985?

Seriously, while intriguing I have to wonder what the sellers drinking.

Gomb says:
The USS Flagg was 110$ in 1985 money, which is like 240$ today. The Defiant shuttle was 130$ which is 280$ now, and I have no clue what The General cost back then but it was also expensive.

Good find Jason. I remember this and always wanted one. I'll send you my CC info and hopefully I'll have enough on it after I sent that Nigerian Prince some money to get his inheritance out of the all the red tape it's in which he told me about in his random email he sent me.

I remember seeing those G.I. Joe aircraft carriers in the stores when I was a kid. I never had one although I had some Generation 1 Transformers. It's too bad I threw them out because now they're collector items if they're in good shape.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 28, 2012 9:29:22 PM PST
My stepdad threw out my G1 Seacons. Considering how much they are worth now I think that would have been legal grounds for murder.

Yeah. I'm thinking of stabbing myself too since I was the one who threw out thousands of dollars worth of crappy toys, but I'm out of bandaids. Still who could have guessed how much these things would be worth back then?

By the way I also had the large Lion and Vehicle Voltron toys, the ones that actually had the separate parts and came together just like on TV. I wonder if those are valuable too so I can kick myself more.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 28, 2012 9:40:25 PM PST
I loved Voltron too. I even bought this year's reissue subscription for the lions. Did you have any He-Man stuff? I watched a bunch of those commercials on YouTube and they were so epic.

The weird thing is I have no idea what happened to all my toys. All my rare GI Joes that you had to order and my Darth Vader head carrying case full figures. I do have boxes of Beast Wars Transformers MIB but I bought those as a adult.

**Voltron was awesome. I also loved Go Bots.

I didn't have any of the toys but I did have a He-Man game for the Intellivision. I watched all the episodes too of course.

Modern Bear says:
That reminds me. I had a diecast metal Y-Wing fighter from Star Wars too. Damn I threw out a lot of good stuff when I got older!
