The pad has it's own charging plug as well, you don't even have to be tethered to the console.

Would you be able to touch it or would it burn your fingers?

I will give you my findings soon enough when I pick it up. May need to take some oven mitts.

Sony makes nice oven mitts.

Edit: Don't mention Mitt around here either, still some sadness/anger for some of our posters.

PSVita 4-6 hour charge duration time: OMFG, screw Sony!!!
Nintablet 3-5 hour charge duration time: I have no problems with it.

Don't you think there is a difference between charge capacity for a home product vs mobile product? I mean seriously? You are smarter than this Flores. On a 5 hour flight charging is an issue. At home charging isn't an issue. Really, it is that simple.

Having said that, I'd prefer a longer charge on the Tablet, but it isn't the end of the world.

Zen Kaizoku says:
Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not wrong) but you can charge the Gamepad while playing, your distance from the console doesn't matter because the Gamepad charges with an AC adapter. Just sit near a wall socket and you'll have absolutely zero problems where charge time is concerned.

Nintendo probably did this on purpose. Like how you can't start a Wii game without the damn thing preaching about the outside world. I don't want to go outside; that's why I bought a video game console for inside the house. Now shut up and let me play a game!

WiiPad bigger, meaning [could fit] a lager battery. Pime example is iPad. You are smarter than this

I. Flores says:
The PSVita has a huge, power leeching HD screen, with matching power hungry hardware components.
What's the Nintablet's excuse?

according to the VGF Nintend0e does no wrong

The system is only $299.99.

You mean besides losing 3rd party support and pushing mandatory motion controls that rarely worked?
