Apple and Nintendo appear to dominate the charts. Kinect also more wanted than the Move. :)

Only Wii u commercial i've seen has been the Just Dance one and it doesn't even show what the device can do.

I don't know. Slightly loosened restraints? A bigger air hole?

I saw a Batman one last night and 2 weeks ago I saw NSMBU. Mario had more emphasis on the new console than Batman did.

There were two groups; over 13 and under 13. Both groups scored the Wii-U and Apple high. The ps3 and 360 both scored well and are pretty much even, which is expected. The 3DS also scored high, while the Move/Wii/Vita scored poorly. I was surprised at the Kinect score, pretty good really, considering I don't see much software for it. I typed the OP on my iPad or I would have copied the whole article, sorry about that. :)

Truthfully give the price, lack of convincing software, lack of adverstising and hardware/firmware issues with the U, I am surprised so many people want it.

My nephew wants K'nex Mario Kart stuff. I want to get this for him and I think it would be fun to help him put it together.

I'm surprised too, though the U is probably riding high on the sensation that was the original Wii. Plus, it's Nintendo. Apple is in the same boat - they pretty much don't need advertising at this point.

Soulshine says:
Yeah $70, but normally $130. It's freaking huge though, with obstacles and a jump and two racers.

The racers alone are about $10 each.

This is a bias article.

All my friends/family members with kids have Wonderbook on the top of their lists. Most kids in the 7-14 year old range have not even heard of the Wii U and it they have they say, "I already have a Wii."
Wonderbook is the hot item this holiday season.

Wonderbook!

I would still have it on my list but I already bought it last week. It was kind of a short game(5-6 hours) but it was completely worth it and a fun experience. It comes with the Wonderbook and the game so it's actually not too bad of a deal. I think GS has it as a Black Friday deal for $20.

iPad? LOL. I'm not a parent but no I would never buy my kid an iPad. How about a bike?

3DS scored high on the Kids chart. On the 13+ chart the Vita and the 3DS are pretty much even.

Oprah isn't even on network television anymore. Housewives have moved on, they now listen to Jeff Probst and he is a know Wonderbook supporter.

PacinoBully says:
So the article that asked random kids what they wanted is more biased than you asking your friends and family? I think you need to expand your sample.

Oskar2525 says:
Yeah, mynintendonews isn't going to be bias at all....
