Steam's Autumn Sale Starts Tomorrow, According To One Developer
Jason Schreier
Get your wallets ready. There's a Steam sale starting tomorrow and running until November 27, according to Tamás Bakó, CEO of the team behind Secret of the Magic Crystals.

The winter sale, Bakó says, will run from December 20 to January 4. Just in case you don't spend enough money on holiday gifts and Steam games this week.

Hah!

There is very little (if anything) that I'm looking for on sale, but I'll still post the sale updates here daily if I'm able to.

Sometimes I think the VGF should have a Wiki so multiple users can update sales for the entire community.

Steam is like an abusive father with a belt. Except instead of a belt it's fantastic sales. And instead of hitting me they're hitting my bank account.

I'll be looking for Chivalry and MAYBE Carrier Command.

If I can find an insane deal on Skyrim + DLC I might get it as well.

Maybe a decent sale on Condemned/Dishonored. Other than that, I don't need anything!

With Steam sales, it's not about what games you want, but what prices are too low to pass up from random games you may want to play but never actually will.

...oh, AND CHIVALRY! I wants.

This right here.

Darksiders should drop around $12 I think. Chivalry might hit low as well considering GMG had it for 35% off for awhile.

I remember this topic from last year, everyone was guessing and Steam didn't do it until mid-December, if I remember correctly.

I think that was their spring sale wasn't it? That one was pushed back a few weeks.

Now the faint memory I had of it is gone. v_v

Not a whole lot I really need. Maybe that other Ys game, Hotline Miami and some indie titles. I'm open to be pleasantly surprised though.

It could've been the fall sale.

So many sales, so little time!

I wouldn't mind if it was tomorrow. I'd be pretty happy because I really haven't had a chance to jump on any deals this Black Friday. At least we know Steam can't run out of games, but Amazon and Best Buy can!

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 20, 2012 9:58:47 AM PST
Yeah I'm in the same boat. Right now there are only a few games I'll jump on if the price is right. Mainly X-Comm and the older AC games if they have them at the $4.99 price range. There are some indie games that I might hop on if they hit super low prices (mainly that rabbit from hell thing, it looked interesting but really only willing to pay a few bucks for it because I have a feeling I might not care for it that much.)

Oh and maybe Little Inferno. I'm REALLY intrigued, but I'm not paying 15 bucks for something that seems more like a cell phone app....

People on my friends list should keep their wishlist up to date. You never know when or where McSantao will strike.

I'd def grab it at $12. I'm hoping to grab a few cheap console titles on friday, but other than that i dont have a huge list.

McAwesomeo hooked me up with S.t.a.l.k.e.r:SoC (super cool of him!) too , so i have some SP stuff to play.

Edit: I've been McSantao'd!

There is no mid-week deal today.

I proactively added $100 to my wallet in prep of this years' sales.
