I would like to go for journalism or something along those lines, but I'm not 100% sure yet...working on getting everything together now and hopefully soon I'm be back in school....wish me luck.

Ultimately I would love to work in the video game industry, but I'll take whatever I can get. I'm not really sure if there's a place for my particular writing style or my off-the-wall sense of humor...so I'm going to have to act all professional and well behaved for a while...at least until I make a name for myself, then it's on like Donkey King baby.

Good luck, man. You should most definitely look for a career in writing.

OP says:
Off-topic: When I was in college/graduate school, my university every year as September would roll around would start airing Back to School on Resnet (which meant you might be able to see it every 1~2 days for a span of about 2~4 weeks).

On-topic: I had hoped that you would include a line about getting no respect.

S. Brown says:
Just a word of advice: I would not recommend journalism as a college major to anyone. I have a journalism degree and found out almost immediately out of school that my decision was a mistake. Luckily, my first newspaper job out of school (which sucked, for the most part) allowed me to get some experience and springboard out of the industry.

I still have many friends in the business. Most are overworked, under-appreciated and vastly underpaid, and those are the ones who are employed.

If you like journalism, I'd suggest you work for the college newspaper or TV station and pursue a degree in another similar field.

For the record, writing letters to Penthouse magazine that begin with, "I never thought this would happen to me, but..." doesn't count.
