All PS+ offerings are only available for a limited time. We just have no idea what's going to be swapped out and when.

You're right, though. If it's something that you don't have room for now and want access to in the future, you should add it to your download queue so you can always go back and get it, even if it's no longer in the store for "free."

OK Thanks, I'll try to remember.

I think Gravity Rush is only available for a limited time. Unless you've already put it in your download queue you won't be able to get it pretty soon.

Me too, and I ended up buying that for $20 so I didn't have to spring for the bigger memory card.

Saving my PS+ months for sales I think and maybe to check out Gravity Rush eventually, since it will fit on my 4GB.

I prefer to have PS+ and not bother with the 32GB card just yet. I'm going to wait and see if those cards do become a good deal this spring.

I didn't want any of the free games except Uncharted, and I platted that already.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 27, 2012 1:08:37 PM PST
Why is that?
You can always download the "free" games and trade away the physical copies of games you already own.

We're all entitled to our opinions. PS+ for me on the Vita was worthless.

IMO the Vita card's "bad deal" cancels itself out with PS+ "good deal"

In the PS2 era we had to pay $60 for 8GBs, Sony is pretty good to us this gen.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 27, 2012 12:59:11 PM PST
Because the Vita card is inherently a "bad deal", any price above what it should be in context of it being a worse SD card is a "bad deal".

MSRP for a [32 gig] vita card is $100. on sale for $60. 40% savings. sounds like a good deal to me.

That Emu Kid says:
What does that have to do with whether or not $60 for a 32 GB Vita card is a good deal?

got mayo?™ says:
"that is, if Vita even manages to live that long. "

but even so, i'll wait till Sony releases a 64/128 for roughly the same price as the 32GB was at launch. 32GB way too small anymore for a gaming handheld. that is, if Vita even manages to live that long.

But... if these cards don't work in the Vita, then they aren't really better, since they can't do what I want. Nor are they competition since they don't serve the same function.

I would prefer they say "a sale on Vita memory".

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 27, 2012 11:18:33 AM PST
Yes, I believe we have come to an understanding.

No, but they should.

I love the arguments we have over semantics like this.

I wonder if it's going to lead to everyone in the future calling a sale on Vita memory cards a "good deal". Just like the PS+ games aren't free, they're "free".

And they work in the Vita!?

Yeah, I won't do any of that.
