I agree. I feel that if the Forefathers could see how this document is twisted and corrupted by the villains in this country they would be calling the justice system retarded and shaking their heads in disgust saying "we, OBVIOUSLY, didn't mean that!"

Wow overly nervous?, I just find it funny how you seem to be denouncing some of the rights that were given to us by the forefathers of this country. You know the right to bear arms and such.

Well, the Supreme Court already spoke, twice. Guns are here to stay, thank God.

You want to kick off the next Civil War in this country? Just abolish law abiding citizens' right to own a gun. It won't end well.

Good job ignoring every word of my posts and just spouting more nonsensical rhetoric. Bye bye now.

How about read what you write first next time alright?

"You mean like every other industrialized nation where people don't kill each other with guns?"

You mean like Canada where gun rights are basically nil outside of hunting weapons and supposedly no one is killed in gun violence? Or how about Chicago of a couple years ago when restrictive handgun laws were still on the books?

And yes, I mean all of us.

In short I thought it was an honest and touching speech, possibly one of the most heartfelt speeches I've seen from a president in my life.

Also I want to refrain from getting into this whole bent out of shape gun control fight as nobody here actually seems to know what it means and instead jumps to these extreem positions for the purpose of arguing. What I really want to come from this tragedy is for the US to finally be open and honest about how we treat mental disease in this country.

"You mean like Canada where gun rights are basically nil outside of hunting weapons and supposedly no one is killed in gun violence?"

Yes, exactly like that. I don't understand your point. And there is no "supposedly" about it.

USA: 11,127

Italy: 483
Germany: 381
France: 255
Spain: 113
UK: 68

Canadians in 2010 killed by guns (homicides not accidents): 170. One hundred and seventy.

See he probably believes that if law abiding citizens are forced to obey gun control laws the "statistics" of gun violence will go down, but don't you have to factor in the criminals and others who don't obey the law?

You're right. Rape victims should go full term with the children they get from that experience. I'm sure that's a great mental health boost.

D_Strasse says:
Ahhh...the "take it to the extreme" argument. No use in debating the hard stuff like "when does life begin".

As for mental health boost, I'm sure that's definitely worse than dealing with the thought that you've might've taken a life for the rest of yours.

No pairing, you have to share. You can bring a "date" if you'd like.

Who's bringing the lube? Because you are going to need it.

Well, I obviously wasn't talking about the party girl who uses abortion to clear up her schedule because a baby that she had from having unprotected sex with this "totally hawt guy" would "like totally cramp my style." I wasn't trying to use it as a means to avert personal responsibility.
