Look it up on Kotaku some time. They have a video featuring some of Ayumi's dialogue in one of their articles on it from a few months back. Watch that and tell me you still want to play it.

The Darkness II is excellent.

It looks like it could be pretty decent, but first person camera kills it for me.

FOGE says:
I think it adds to the immersion since you are doing the motion controls.

Warning: Dont drink and play. I sword slash my beer every time. Now my home button on my 360 controller gets stuck.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 7, 2012 8:17:07 AM PST
That's a weird controller you got there...

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 7, 2012 8:18:19 AM PST
I think he may have knocked a beer onto his controller that was sitting on the side.

Though his fault for drinking :p

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 7, 2012 8:19:38 AM PST
I prefer to think he was so drunk he was playing Wii with an Xbox controller.

FOGE says:
Yeah, thats what happened. I thought it was pretty clear.

Just cause it was my fault, dont think Ive learned from it :P

Me too, though I'm waiting for bargain bin pricing. (like $15 range.)

I've always said Alcohol and... well anything don't mix.

Specially motion controlled video games.

Chrono Cross DOESN'T suck.

That said, some who LOVE Chrono Trigger happen to think it's not that great. Luckily I played Cross before Trigger.

FOGE says:
I def agree with you on the motion controlled video games.

The Force Unleashed 1 is another game that definitely doesn't suck. It isn't great, more like a solid 7 game made worth playing for those that love the Star Wars universe as the story is pretty darn good. Targeting is wonky but still playable.

Edit: Heard bad things about TFU2 though, so I can't comment on that game.

Oh yeah, the force unleashed 2 is another one for me.

Me as well, personally I thought the demo was awesome.

I keep meaning to pick those games up... perhaps next year if I can find em on sale.

I picked up Daikatana from a bargain bin about 10 years ago for this reason.

Still haven't played it - BUT, I do have a pristine, mint copy in the standard "look how big that box is" PC game boxes from back in teh day.

Why did I think that was only a 64 game...
