I like how you guys complain about paying to play online yet like 90 % of you hate multiplayer.

Isn't it 1 point per $1 spent?

10x points = 10% of that $1 you can then use towards another PSN gift card. A $10 gift card is 1000 points. So you're gaining a $10 gift card for every $100 spent on PSN.

Makes sense.

I already have access to a Playstation World. I call it the PS1.

Jinglecell says:
Are you sure about that 10% back? I have the same card and the only PSN incentive they offer is 10X points on purchases made in the PSN store.

Not saying that they would, but streaming is just something that only a certain audience will be able to take advantage of. For me, I do not want a PS3 and PS4 at the same time, so it would effectively keep me from playing PS3 games anymore.

I know for sure I don't.

And all those people that are getting rid of their PS3s the day they get a PS4.

OnLive was a great concept, but the games looked horrible. Same with Gaikai.

It's a brilliant idea for the 50ish percent of people that have stable, high speed internet connections.

Prankster says:
Yes, that's true. I have one NA account and one Indian (same as EU) account. I just have to download it on my machine and if I download it from a PS+ account and it's active, I can play it on the other account as well.

I can stream Netflix and Hulu without a problem, I actually was able to stream OnLive fairly well (looked a little worse than 360) but as soon as my wife did ANYTHING with the internet it lagged, turned crappy and eventually dropped. I have 30mbps Comcast.

Whether or not the streaming sucks is dependent the upon how close the servers are to you, and your own internet connection.

The ability to stream PS3 games is a brilliant idea.

FOGE says:
It will probably be more dependent on your internet in your location. Like Netflix is perfect for many, but might not work for those with lousy internet.

If this:

"- Access to Gaikai for cloud-gaming with the option to play for free to list some of the titles in a month, while others pay"

Means you have access to play a bunch of PS3 titles for free, it might be interesting. As long as the streaming doesn't suck. Which it probably will.

That Gaikia gaming thing could be a big deal. Im interested in seeing the types of games they have.

So you can DL on one account and play on another as long as it's on the same machine?

Let me guess: dougy, Flores, and Cinema Fan.

Ah, cool. We can't really do another CC right now though.

I'm not sure I'll ever tie another CC to my PSN account.
