I didn't pre-order and went to Wal-Mart last night in hopes of snagging one....Luckily I was one of the few who did....only 6 in stock (3 mega ultra editions and 3 crap I should have got the maga ultra editions). Not sure if Nintendo is planning on releasing more (I would assume so), but I'm glad I got one when I did....now it sits in the closet for Christmas morning fun for my kids.

Well I picked up my pre-order Saturday night at Walmart and they had plenty left that were not pre-orders. Plus Toys R Us actually came through on my pre-order so now I have an extra deluxe. Do I sell it, return it, or put it in my daughters room?

The Sony people have to declare the Wii U to be d00m3d. They need to get even with the Nintendo people who talked about low sales numbers for the Vita.

The Wii U is doing a pretty good job of dooming itself without Sonymite help.

Article basically reads that your Nintendo Network ID is tied to the original console you created it on and CANNOT be transferred. SO, if your launch Wii U dies, kiss all your purchases, Miis, and hard work goodbye, which, in this day and age, is unacceptable.

So much for "next gen."

It also says that is only the case at the moment, but it will be changed in the future.

I blame Amazon for spoiling me with Sunday deliveries. Never even crossed my mind that it was releasing on a Sunday and UPS doesn't ship on Sundays because I pretty much do all my orders through Amazon (Prime member so that two day free shipping is sweet) and usually when I buy from other sites I'm not going for the fastest shipping. That and I've never bought anything off of Gamestop's site before because why bother when there's a store right down the street? Only reason I jumped on the Wii-U there was because pre-orders were ate up pretty fast in the area.

They are also good at sucking at internet-related things.

Yeah, well, they should know that at this point in time, it's ALL about online and connectivity. Hell, the #1 selling games in the world got to the place they are today due to online play, and certainly not the single player campaigns. It's almost like Nintendo just rushed the Wii U without thinking about things like this, just to be the first ones "out the gate" with the "next gen."

OnTrack is always the service who delivers my stuff on Sundays but I guess they are just a courier service Amazon uses. Not the best company in the world but they get me my stuff on Sunday so I'm not going to complain... too much.
