What Video Games do you think are art? What games had an impact on you, insomuch that they became art for you?

No Flame wars please. Art is personal, let people say what they found to be personal, no matter if you disagree with them.

BioShock (That and Infinite, hopefully)
System Shock 2
Planescape: Torment
Shadow of the Colossus/Ico
Journey
Grim Fandango
Portal 1 @ 2
Half-Life 2
Red Dead Redemption
Okami
Deus Ex
Pretty much any Bioware game
Silent Hill 2

Pretty much all of them.

"X is art" doesn't mean "X is good art."

We have this topic every week? No, this isn't a topic about whether or not you think video games are art, but I just want to know what games have a big impact on us in an engaging emotional way. I don't care about arguing about whether or not video games are art.

I've actually never seen a topic asking for a specific list of games that people consider to be art.

I'm with DVvM, though.

Well, I just want to know what video games had a big impact on you, that they are considered art. I said that I don't want any flame wars or people attacking others because they didn't happen to agree with them. Let people say what they want.

God, get it straight Jason. You're supposed to be an Xbot. Knock it off, or you're gonna give people gender confusion.

Eh. Good enough.

The Darkness 2. It looks and plays like a comic book.

Bioware makes art when they're not wasting their time with MMOs.

Interesting...

Very few, but I don't consider most tv and movies to be art either.

Dang, I need to check that game out. I heard a lot about it, and I'm a sucker for video games with a compelling story with emotional impact.
