So, for the past 2 days, anytime I try to add anything to my cart in the PSN Store I get an error message. I am sick of this. Sony needs to do something about this crappy new store they put up. I have $50 in my PSN wallet and can't spend it.

Anyone else have this problem? This is bullshit...

I just bought some Sleeping Dogs DLC, Zen Pinball 2 Paranormal, Enchanted Cavern, and Dragons Lair on PSN yesterday, so nope, no issues at all.

There was an update this week because I was just trying to get into the PS store and it was giving me an error & I remember hearing there was an update this past Monday or Tuesday so I'm downloading the update & assume that will resolve the issue.

I thought update 4.31 was optional ... guess it wasn't. I've been able to DL from PSN this week ... hope it works out for you, can be very frustrating when you're wanting something ....

It does have an error when adding things to the cart. The store is still unstable and has connection issues. They should just change it back to the original theme and cut their loses, instead of dumping more money into an idea that just didn't work and is customer unfriendly.

Just bought some Dungeon Defender DLC this morning. Still no issues. Maybe it is your internet service that is the issue.

I highly doubt it's my internet service. Everything else is working fine, and other devices I have connected are doing fine.

I'm having the same issue, Tech. It's not anything to do with your ISP.

I had the same issue earlier - tried to download the free Crackle app, and it just gave me an error message.

Why are people so easily frustrated and enraged these days? If I was having problems with my PSN store I would calmly look online for an answer or politely contact Sony with the issue. Try it, there just might be a simple fix that doesn't involve whining on the VGF about the "crappy new store" that is intentionally trying to upset you.

I'm having the same issue today on PS3. Trying to download RE5 and get the error message. I'm on AT&T DSL.

I finally was able to download Portal 2 after attempting to do so about 40 times. Tried to grab The Baconing, and I'm getting the error message again :(
