Agreed, on the PC version the game prompts you to hit tab as you complete challenges, but when you hit tab it goes to a big list of challenges. As far as I can see, there's no way to tell which one was just completed.

I played until I met Hammerlock last night, then jumped in with a friend who was level 17. I played for a while on his game and had the pleasure of meeting Scooter's sister! What a fine specimen! The apple didn't fall far from Moxxi's tree!

Anyways, I leveled up to a 13 playing in my friend's game. A couple points about co-op:
-All the loot chests were scaled to my friend's level, so for a long time I was stuck using the first two guns in the game.
-The stores were also scaled to my friend's level, so I couldn't buy any guns or shields to use
This made combat really lame for a while, so I hung back and did the looting and acted as suppport, so that enemies wouldn't regen health when my friend died. Eventually, I was able to use a lvl 8 gun my friend had leftover.

This morning, I went back into my game as a level 13. The enemies didn't scale up to me, so I get practically 0xp for kills, and guns and shields are all around level 5. I love the co-op, but I would like it if enemies and loot scaled better in my own game.

Its best to use a new character for each person you play with for the reasons you stated. I have 2 right now. 1 for my high school friend. And 1 for my solo / rando time.

Managing different characters for different friends is a bit too much for me. I usually just do a single character in games like this.

I plan on playing each character at least a little bit, so I'll be doing like Foge and starting new characters with friends.

I usually try each out until I hit level 7 or so, just to get a taste of how they play.

I was playing as Zero, but was totally jealous of how much carnage my buddy's turret dished out. I might switch.

I started as Axton, and love that turret. Then Tried Zero, i just really dislike his ability. Great for melee and such, but I only get one shot of my gun before it ends and I don't like that.

Sure I could use it to escape, but I could use the turret for that as well. Plus the turret does a decent amount of damage.

Were they melee Criticals or Gun Criticals.

I would only take Zer0 for his Sniper tree, no other reason. I dislike his ability I dislike his melee attacks, and i don't much care for how he looks.

But damn if that final point in his Sniper Tree isn't the most amazing Sniper skill I've ever seen...

Aim for the head and neck.I am killing enemies with 1 shot with melee.

Also, I was shooting enemies like 1000 yards away with the sniper. Sniping raks is amazing. Love being a sniper.

a lot actually. they just were never called that...

In reply to an earlier post on Sep 19, 2012 9:59:24 AM PDT
Oh yes I love sniping as well. But I can still use a sniper Rifle as Axton and kill things, but I also gain the benefit of a better on use ability, and survival in closer combat.

I am using the sniper tree and they were more gun criticals then melee criticals. I put my first 4 points into critical damage so far, so as long as i hit the head, i pretty much one shot any anemy

Sniping is more accurate and better dmg with Zer0.

At least as fair as I seen.

I'm loving Salvador, instant 50% hp regen + more overtime AND ammo regen is a big help. Going the rampage tree and tank tree, gonna be glorious when I hit that max lvl and can keep on shooting out in the open.
