My office closes early today and my evening of gaming before going out with some friends a bit later is become ever closer by the passing minute. Very excited to kick off the long weekend.

I hope to finish LBP Karting, play some Black Ops 2 and throw in some Xenoblade.

They need to pick it up. I'm trying to avoid as much work as humanly possible today.

I think I'm going to stay focused on LBP Karting for awhile, it's a lot of fun. Going to star the remaining story levels this evening, then try to make a track. I'm racing in a bento box with a sackboy who has sushi strapped to his head, what's not to love?

I also love Zelda 2.

Shanghaied says:
I love Zelda 2.

No game has ever kicked my ass so hard while remaining so fun. I know it's the black sheep of Zelda games but it'll always be one of my favorites.

Beating it is an accomplishment.

McAwesomeo says:
The sheep was one of the first ones I got. I gathered a lot of mutton as I went around gathering materials. I was in no rush to beat the game.

This holiday's weekend gaming will be severely limited as I'll be traveling. I'll bring the 3DS for Paper Mario Sticker Star, and the Vita for Uncharted just in case!

McAwesomeo says:
The stuff I upgraded was pretty much all common stuff or stuff that drops from monsters. I've (currently) got a +12% drop rate word equipped.

StriderNeo15 says:
I didn't bother with either of those achievements.

At 910/1000(also skipped speedrun and missed the sheep) and perfectly happy with it.

Nicos says:
Wow. I gave up on that too once I found out that a certain item you need (Eagle eggs? feathers?) only spawn in the village on the cliffside and once you get far enough in the game, you can never go back there.

I can be stubborn at times, so yeah. It took me a few hours over two days but I did it. I also managed the "upgrade 5 weapons" trophy yesterday too.

Nicos says:
wow, you managed to do it? I tried the clock manip thing too but gave up after an hour. This is too much work to raise damn flowers!! arrrgggghhhh

McAwesomeo says:
Finally got the trophy for growing the white moonflower in Nier. I cheated. I manipulated the clock. To give some perspective, it took two months of clock forwarding to grow it as it took multiple attempts.

Well looks like Fallout got pushed back now that Mr. Torgue's DLC for BL2 came out... so fun.

Good to hear. Always makes me happy to hear about people enjoying this game. It's a classic.

I'm only taking off Thursday because I'm going to SF for a week on the 28th, so I won't have that much time to game. What time I do have will be spent with Okami HD. First time playing it for me, and I'm blown away so far. Simply gorgeous.

That Emu Kid says:
Probably Blops 2, Halo 4, Skylanders Giants, and Vagrant Story. If I can find a way to afford PS All Stars, I'll get some time in on that, but I'm not so confident I can.

I'm really liking Vagrant Story so far, given that I've gone into it it with the right mindset. In a lot of ways, this game really feels like it was way ahead of its time. It's got tons of mechanics in it that new games are being praised for having in them. From the Fallout-style targeting of individual limbs to a Demon's Souls-like depth of weapon and enemy types.

Borderlands 2 new DLC
Persona 4 Golden
Mindcraft
Halo4
Blops 2
to much to play right now.

Damn, seems that we have quite a few people butthurt over the Wii U.

Anyway, I'll try and finish Donkey Country 3, play some Raid mode in Re Revelations and also play some Re Mercs 3D. Zelda II hits the 3DS eShop on Thanksgiving day and I have money left over so I was thinking about dl'ing that.
