I haven't logged into my PSN account through my PS3 in almost 2 years. Since then, I've changed my email account which is my sign on ID and I've forgotten my password. Now I know if you have forgotten your password, they will send you a link through your email to change it but I no longer have access to that email account. Now how do I reset my PSN info so I can change my email address and password?

This is all I could find.

If you need to reset your Sony Entertainment Network account password and don't have any of the following:

Sony Entertainment Network account password
Access to the email account associated with your Sony Entertainment Network account AND the date-of-birth associated with your Sony Entertainment Network account

Please contact our Consumer Services Department:

Consumer Service Department
Phone: 1-800-345-SONY (7669)

View our Contacting Support page for hours of operation and additional ways to receive support.

If you do have the information listed above, you can reset your password using your PS3 or a PC.

Can't help you, but what I do know is that it's just too much hassle to recover an account you obviously never cared much for in the first place.
Just create a new one.

Thanks Uncle for the info

@Flores. Can I start a new account from the same PS3?

I.Flores says:
Yes, you can. You can have around 20 or so different accounts on a single PS3

J. Pardee says:
If you want to keep your current account I would imagine that you would need to contact Sony's customer service to see what they can do.

If you don't want to keep your current account and don't care about your trophy score you can easily create a secondary account on your PS3 and then delete your original profile.

Thanks Flores.

@J, thanks also. I didn't realize I could just create a new account with the same PS3.

That does not even fix the PS3 connection problem Jaawaad is talking about.
