Meth Panther says:
The "we need more guns" crowd is just as irritating. I'd say they're about even.

user22 says:
I don't understand why these shooters keep wearing bulletproof vests. Obviously the elementary school kids aren't going to be shooting back at him...so did he think he was going to have a standoff with the cops and survive? And how about that guy in the Oregon mall shooting? He wore a vest and ended up killing himself anyway.

So angry, with so much confusion and so many questions right now....

I'd have to assume the vests aren't for survival, but are to delay the inevitable and maximize the carnage they can commit. And the mall shooter killing him self occurred after his gun jammed if IRC.

Dukeshire says:
I agree, but we can make it more difficult to obtain a gun. There shouldn't be certain guns on the street. I get that it is easy to get a gun illegally but not every shooter has the inclination to do so....Most guns in these shootings are purchased legally. Even if it saves one life it is worth making them more difficult to obtain....

I'll admit that this makes me reexamine my thoughts on gun control. I'm not saying that I think banning them is the answer. But...

They are already walking around with far better weapons than that. You should see some of the weapons my friends used to get in LA, its insane INSANE!!! You are right it does not matter how you deal with gun control its going to happen.

Also even though innocent kids have been killed in drive bys etc. I honestly dont think any gangbanger who even do this

Off his latest profile picture from a few days ago, a friend of his said:

"Look like you're about to buy an Ale, but then paint a picture of it... very mixed... all good, though. Kinda like if Solid Snake was wearing a Neo trenchcoat. This can only turn out awesome."

No, this did not turn out awesome. This turned out the opposite of awesome on the complete other side of the spectrum.

WesCyde says:
it honestly never should, VG does not have any games i can think of where you kill kids in an elementary school. VGs do not make you any better at being a marksman Trust me on that, at least not the ones that will be questioned.

He was a Coward, and this better be the last time we hear his name because if they would not mention the movie theathre masacre shooter they should not use this guys. IMO this is far worse, both horrible tragedies but this is higher

I mean you can shoot people in GTA, but there aren't any kids.

Admiral55 says:
I'm sorry, I don't necessarily buy the slippery slope argument being posed against gun control.

Of course criminals are going to find ways to get their hands on guns....but it's not the gangbangers that are committing these mass murders. It's college kids, it's high school kids that are doing this....if we make it tougher for James Holmes to buy an arsenal and head-to-toe kevlar riot gear, could the Batman shooting have been prevented?

Possibly yes, possibly no. But it's obvious that the status quo isn't working.

MJM says:
Chris Rock said it the best..."Everybody is wanting to know what music were the kids listening to, or what movies were they watching. Who gives a (bleep) what they was watching! Whatever happened to crazy? What, you can't be crazy no more? Should we eliminate crazy from the dictionary?"
