Obviously not. Tyler Perry's brain has been deemed a national treasure and will be shot into space to be our first contact with an alien species.

A better black comedy than the Madea movies?

RJMacReady says:
Someone needs to write a book about the whole mess, or better yet make a movie. It'd make a great black comedy.

i especially love the part talking about where he came out of every meeting with potential investors thinking he "nailed it", when they came out of the meetings thinking he was bat-**** crazy.

They're hit-and-miss, but talking to "pointless NPCs" adds a little flavor to the game in my opinion. Even if I choose not to talk to them, I'd still like to have the option.

RJMacReady says:
Spending money lavishly when you are making an expensive mmo and don't have nearly enough to complete it pretty much insured they were doomed from the start.

And then the libertarian hypocrite blames the gov for not doing more to help. Yeah, it was all his fault for pointing out what everyone already knew about your company, schilling.

Am I the only one that hates going to towns to talk to Pointless NPCs all the time?

God, I keep forgetting we live in a world now where Square Enix makes Tomb Raider games.

I think you get 1 month free and then they start charging monthly.

I don't see SE dieing anytime soon, they get a monthly paycheck from whoever plays Final Fantasy XI and XIV. Just Cause 2 was their best work i've ever seen, hope they come out with Just Cause 3 soon and i'm sure other people are waiting for the game too.

I hope not. I don't want anything to hurt or delay the release the next Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, another Sleeping Dogs, another Hitman, Thief 4 or Dead Island 2.

I hope that FFXV is a turn based RPG with towns, chocobos, moogles, NPCs to talk to, an airship or two. Also, bring back Biggs and Wedge. Add Porkins to the mix. What else???

I think I've agreed with you on this in like 3 different threads but you are so very right. I would pre-order a single player DQ game in a second and a good looking FF game that isn't part of the FF13 crew we have right now. Versus would be acceptable. I would also buy a remake of FFVII, KH3, FF Type-0 etc. I will buy Lightning Returns for $20 at some point.

I think Square is sitting on a gold mine and doesn't realize it. I wonder if they have the same management as Sony?

Oh yeah, they are really heading in the right direction for that!

But at least they are re-releasing it in Japan under a "Greatest Hits" label!

I seriously hate that SE has not brought us this game yet.

Oops! I meant to post this in the Japan thread. My bad!

"Final Fantasy Type-0 (Ultimate Hits)"

And here's another one! Japan already has this as an "Ultimate Hits" title and we still don't have it?

Wouldn't you rather play a "real" Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest game where you go on a great big adventure and there's an arc of plot with a beginning, middle, and end than play Dragon Quest X or Final Fantasy XIV? I know I would.

The last thing I want in my JRPGs is multiplayer. There's hardly enough room for me in most of these games.

And since so many people seem to want it, the FFVII HD remake.
