I really can't think of any.

Do ps3 fans really not care about competitive multiplayer?

I haven't played 4 yet, but there is nothing on PS3 to compare with Reach MP, so I'd doubt it about 4 as well. Single player on the other hand, PS3 >>>> 360.

Killzone 3, Starhawk and Uncharted 3.

BF3 might be multiplatform but PS3 gets much more support on PS3 much like CoD gets more on 360.

OK PS3 fan here trying to just end this thread as quickly as possible. No for exclusives but we do have some that still have strong support, just not on a Halo level.

For multiplat I'd say yes with something like Call of Duty.

From what I hear, Halo 4's multiplayer isn't that revolutionary to begin with.

DLC and patches usually come week or two before 360s.

GarionOrb says:
Starhawk has a pretty great multiplayer component. Community-wise, it doesn't have anywhere near the numbers CoD and Halo has, but it's a better game.

that's your definition of "much more support" a time window due to an agreement with EA and Sony?

So the ps3's answer to halo is cod? A game that 360 owners get that plays and looks better, which also gets all the dlc first?

Kin-foot says:
Less glitchy and looks better too. Dice may not have said outright but clearly 360 shows CoD more love so that kind of burned Dice a little.

...Where does that leave the vastly superior PC version with the best support at?

It's not even on the same level. I'll admit my jaw dropped when I saw my friend playing BF3 on his PC. Yet we're talking consoles here.

From what I hear, *insert any FPS game here*'s multiplayer isn't that revolutionary to begin with.

I don't know. I haven't played Halo 4 yet. I'll pick my copy up this weekend. I still say that Uncharted 3 has the most fun multiplayer I've ever played.

Can you think of any other multiplayer game with such relentless pacing, customization, bombastic action, dynamic gameplay, and pitch-perfect map design where at one point, you're traveling on a convoy and chasing the enemy in a cargo plain, or you're jumping between moving trains to flank opponents, or out of nowhere, a helicopter comes out and makes a mess of the battlefield mid match, or a sand storm develops during the battle, minutes before the final kills?

Dude you have to be a serious noob to think Uncharteds multiplayer is among the best in gaming.

Uncharted 3, Killzone 3 and Starhawk are some of the best multiplayer out there.

Wow.

Just wow.

All these Sony exclusives getting touted as the best multiplayer is mind boggling. This is the first I have heard of them actually being exceptional, let alone the best multiplayer.

Don't all multiplayer game technically compete with each other, since one only has so many hours to spend on them, so if you're playing Halo 4 that means you're not playing Call of Duty?
