My backlog recently dropped to below 200. This made me happy. I think I'm at 184.

Star Control 2.

Geez, and I am overwhelmed with 33! You should post a list of your backlog, if you can.

I put a nice hole in my backlog this weekend. I have about 2 dozen games left. On your list, I recommend Metal Gear Solid 4

I'm trying to decide if I should click on the "No" button next to "Do you think this post adds to the discussion?" But, maybe there is a joke here and I am just dumb.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 12, 2012 6:29:05 PM PST
Because it's the greatest game of all time.

Alpha Protocol, Deus Ex, The Witcher 2, Resistance 3, and New Vegas should be top priority.

Oh. OK. It was a joke. I like to laugh at jokes. Ha Ha.

The Walking Dead should be first since it isn't really long. Then probably Darksiders since your at 50% it won't take you to long to finish it.

KrisCo says:
Not really much you can do with TWD if the last episode isn't even released yet.

I say finish your over 75% ones so Witcher 2, Fallout, Mortal Kombat etc.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 12, 2012 6:43:48 PM PST
It's better than any game in your backlog there, that's for sure.

Ham Salad says:
Its a good game, but better than Skyrim, Fallout, or Deus Ex? I'm not so sure about that.

Like KrisCo said, I would definitely wait for the last episode to come out before tackling the Walking dead though.

Since you've never played it, I say go with Vanquish. It's a short game, and it's great.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 12, 2012 7:21:37 PM PST
Shucks man. Do you think you will ever actually play them all?

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 13, 2012 12:55:28 PM PST
Gameresq says:
You might need to take a 10-year vacation to clear that backlog. Perhaps you should consider clearing some of it out.

*Aussie accent* That's no backlog that's a spoon.

Come back to me when your backlog has topped 300 or so games.

Posted on Nov 13, 2012 1:04:56 PM PST
Finish? Who needs to actually finish the game. Just play one until you get tired then more on to the next one. There is always new game mechanics or story to keep you from finishing a game.

Ice King says:
For those who have backlogs over 200 games, do you think it's possible for you to finish them all in your lifetime? Especially when you factor in all the new games that are constantly coming out, you're probably adding games faster than you're clearing them.

I know a lot of people on the VGF who like to use this website to track their backlogs. It can get depressing though.

McAwesomeo says:
I don't track my downloadable games. I just do physical since there's a resale value after I'm done with them. If I tracked downloadable too I'd go insane.
