And Bioshock won the flash community vote. Sorry, Cap. I voted for HL, but to no avail. Well, hopefully, at least some people will finally get to experience Rapture.

Yeah, but it's kind of a strange choice for a community vote since Bioshock regularly goes on sale for $5.

I know. Heck, that's when I bought the 2 was when it was a combo for $10. It could be the fact that both other games have sequels expected to be out this coming year, and no sign of HL ep 3.

I'm pretty sure I mentioned earlier today that I bought the _Amazon_ deal for the Steam version of the Darksiders franchise. Meaning I got a buttload of codes I had to put into Steam, and I still have the Darksiders code sitting here unused. Just saying.

Been waiting for Steam to put something tasty out.

I ended up getting Hitman Absolution via Amazon, as well as the Darksiders bundle deal yesterday.

I have $70 worth of Steam wallet cards and i'm fearing i wont get to use any of it :(

Throw me a bone Gabe.

Binary Domain ...$5?7.49?
XCOM? $20?
Far Cry 3...$30?
Mark of the Ninja please.

$30 is too steep for Dishonored 2.5 months and 2 Steam sales later.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:04:35 PM PST
Heck, I got Dishonored for around that price about a month ago thanks to GMG. They are really getting to be my go-to site for buying things to activate on Steam.

I know. I may as well have gotten it from the MS Store on BF at that price or less.

Hey, any of you guys know anything bout E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy?

I remember checking it out a while back and it looked interesting, its $2.49 right now.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:27:57 PM PST
Nevermind. I'm pretty sure my new stance doesn't include giving games to people. I mean, they refuse to type in English or explain what they mean. So piss on the VGF as a whole.

No, really. I'm hiring trannies to piss on people from the VGF.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:29:58 PM PST
Well that's harsh.

Loading that game right now. I'm gonna check it out this weekend. It does look cool.

I've played it, it's kinda fun but also confusing. There's a heck of a lot of customization and not a lot in the way of tutorials. They do have a demo you can try out, it may only be 2.50 but that doesn't mean you should blindly buy it and find out you hate it.

Went with Solar2. Looks interesting, and is the only one of the three I dont already own. Of course, it's already 66% off, so the additional 9% isnt really that big a deal.

Lol, why?

I remember when RPG Maker was free.

Because I can't get it, that's why. You tell me that you wouldn't seriously get down with making your own games to share with your friends. Heck, we used to do that back in the day on the C64, and it's nothing that could be done with something like this. Looks like it would be simple enough to use, no idea on how robust the system is(creating your own sprites and images, since the vid just shows using pre-rendered's), but this is an old-style gamers dream to make the game that they wanted to play as a kid.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:48:42 PM PST
Heh, it'll go on sale again at some point. :)

Just not this holiday probably.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:52:54 PM PST
True. Games on sale that I can't buy, I'm cool with. Lord knows I've got enough on my plate. It just kinda shocked me that they were actually offering one of the software suites.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 21, 2012 8:59:30 PM PST
People asked for it. There was a poll and everything.

There was a pole where people were voting on you to have some trannies urinating on the peoples of the VGF? I didn't catch that one. Please, keep in mind that I couldn't login to Steam to see any of the community polls on there for all day because I was at work. Just seems kinda strange for Gabe to take that kind of interest in us.

I have no idea what you are talking about.
