I can't remember how long it took me to finish CoO, but it was longer than 3 hours, less than 5. :)

It seems like an amazing game but I have a reason why it may lack a little bit.
Kratos will not be a multiplayer character in the final version.
By the way if you preorder God of War Acension at gamestop you can play as King Leonidas from 300 in the games multiplayer.

Oh, I completely understand that. I almost never look at it at home. The very same week my work filter blocked the site, my team setup a wireless router that wasn't on our network. So I've got free rein of the Internet when I want, but I usually avoid the temptation because I have bills to pay, ha.

Haha that's a resume-builder if I've ever seen one

Huh, oddly enough, the PSP players took about 30 minutes longer to complete it.

Of the 88 people that submitted times at howlongtobeat.com for the game, 11 of them beat it in four hours or less. You guys are, like, the elite God of War players. The upper echelon. The God Tier. You are the 12.5%

I smoked it in like 3 hours too, but I was also playing it on the PS3. I can see how playing it on a PSP would add some time if you're not used to it.

Am I a little high, 15 minutes?

:p

Seriously though, I blew through COO in about 3 hours, so I'm right there with you.

Really dude? -_-

Well, if someone can 100% Skyrim in 15 hours, COO wouldn't take too much time at all.

Those are some bad gamers. I dropped this game in well under 4 hours. On my first play through no less. It's not like I was even attempting a speed run or anything like that. It was just my very first play.

Must be a very hyperbolic joke.

http://howlongtobeat.com/gamebreakdown.php?gameid=320

The average gamer beat the game in 5.5 hours.

MrFoxhound says:
No, that's not even close to what it was. This game doesn't touch anywhere near 5 hours unless you are going around and inspecting every little part of every single environment or you are just walking everywhere. 2 1/2 may be on the joke side of an estimate, but it definitely doesn't touch 4 hours in length.

I played Chains on easy and it was significantly longer than 2.5 hours. I'd guess it's about twice that...maybe 5-6 hours.

MrFoxhound says:
Ghost of Sparta is meaty, but Chains is only about 2 1/2 hours long. Longer if you play on a harder difficulty.

GarionOrb says:
Chains of Olympus is pretty short, but IMO it doesn't need to be longer. Ghost of Sparta is closer to GoW 1 in length.

No, but I would like an ice cream.

edit: lol, upset? I must be upset because I ribbed you with an MGS joke? It was a JOKE; don't dish it out if you can't take it, son.

Aw, someone getting angry? Need an ice cream, little guy?

Not sure why someone would get upset because someone else called a crazy short game crazy short.

Yeah, it was like playing MGS4 without the cutscenes.

"Also, I already played Chains of Olympus back when it came out on PSP and I went through it completing all of the difficulty modes back-to-back. "

That must have been a fun half day.
