Japan's Golden Week sales: The Vita b00med, is the 3DS d00med?

Nintendo platforms dominated holiday sales for the Golden Week period. Mario Party 9 remained basically level with its debut week, taking first place this week as Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City fell to number two. Long sellers like Wii Party and Mario Kart Wii also made it back into the top 20.

On a negative note, I'm kinda bummed that Kid Icarus is selling somewhat slowly compared to Nintendo's big hitters. There's a freaking Namco Wii vacation game on that list with more total sales than it.

It's basically a monster rancher type game, except your "offspring" are the monsters. A JRPG which you try to have babies with maidens and your offspring go into dungeons where parents aren't permitted to go. Hmmmm.
