EggNogJam says:
Alright guys, now I know this is going to sound crazytown, but stick with me here - What if Amazon is tracking discussions about certain games and is accordingly adjusting prices?

For example, I've seen Far Cry 3 being verbally blown up and down the internet today. Do you think the moderators are seeing this and reporting it to whoever adjusts the prices on the site, causing FC3 to maintain its higher price?

Conversely, if they see us dumping all over a game, do they get the price reduced? Am I thinking too much into this? Do I have any idea how economics work?!? Am I really that bored at work today??

Agree with this answer.

Anthony, you're incorrect. The first sentence that ends with a question mark does not require an answer, it's merely posing a situation. So, the correct answer is no, no, yes, no, apparently.

Glad to help.
