Go vegan?

I'd rather DIE now than from drawn out malnutrition and undernourishment.

Go vegan, cornless, dairyless, eggless, glutenless, peanutless, all Sugars, white, brown, honey, fake; and soyless. I lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks. Best.

Green tea or even better, Matcha Green Tea do help speed up your metabolism naturally. If you're sensitive to caffeine, white tea has negligible amounts of caffeine.

One thing that may help, if your not already doing so, is to make sure your drinking enough water. It will help with metabolism. It is important to find a good Physician to deal with the pain issues, as to not make this a life long struggle with pain meds. Also, you may want to look into a nutritional cleansing system. Getting rid of some of the toxins may help. I have been taking Isagenix. I found info at, research, there are others. Research, and find the one that is right for you.

Green Coffee Bean contains caffine, so people should be aware of this fact, and make sure to check with your doctor to see if you can handle the high dosage delivered in each pill. Personally I get the Jitters BAD with Green Coffee Bean Extract, from any small amounts of caffine for that matter, so imagine a HUGE dose of caffine!

Thats why I had to try more natural sources, and I know Raspberry Ketones are far safer then Green Coffee bean anyday... I do not get the Jitters with Raspberry Ketone, I can sleep fine on Raspberry Ketone.... And I have lost over 30 pounds with Raspberry Ketone, and it keeps it off, so I am sticking to the brand I trust and KNOW works... Check it out if you want to, here is a product link:

For the past couple of months, I have been taking NatureWise Green Coffee Bean Extract and finding it is working without any side effects. You can find it on Amazon.

My son and I are both disabled and know how difficult it is to not gain weight (let alone lose it)!
Right now they are giving away a full 30 day supply for free and no shipping charges at

Their Amazon info:
Green Coffee Bean Extract 800 with GCA - 100% Pure All Natural Weight Loss Supplement for All Body Types. Full 30-Day Supply. Double Strength 800mg. 60 Caps. Zero Fillers, Zero Binders, Zero Artificial Ingredients

I lost 10 pounds in 1 month, stayed the same for about 2 weeks and now have begun losing again. This one is easy!

I wanted to share my story with Raspberry Ketones, but first I wanted to give a little background on me first. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 6, and as all Diabetics know it gets tougher the longer we have this disease with all the complications. Needless to say I have in the past few years been also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism along with Hypertension (high blood pressure). So understand it is hard for me to keep my weight in control, and I knew I needed some help. I started taking these Raspberry Ketones, I watch what I eat the best I can, and get in any exercise I can in when I feel up to it. After 6 months, I lost 30 pounds, and this helps keep it off. If you know anything about the conditions I have, you know how hard it is to keep the weight down, so if this can work for me, than I know it can work for anyone out there. I am a customer for life!

My suggestion would be to watch Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. This documentary is available on Netflix, and should be at your local library. (Then after consulting his doctor), begin the program. It works, & it's healthy and affordable.

Also give his body some time and don't assume that nothing is working. His metabolism will change.

My brother had a severe back injury a few years ago, and he has put on A LOT of weight (he is at 372 lbs currently). He is now on an extremely strict diet (high protein, extreme low fat & carb), but after being sedentary for so long, and still unable to exercise due to pain and nerve damage issues, his metabolism is just SHUT DOWN. Trying to help him find a supplement to boost his metabolism while on this very strict diet.... ANY SUGGESTIONS????
