As her body weight has been gradually rising, she knows that she is consuming more energy/calories than she is burning out, particularly with respect to her inactive lifestyle and job. She, as a matter of healthy living decides that body weight loss of 1 pound weight loss for one week (will be equal to a shortage of about 3,500 fat calories, or cutting 500 energy/fat calories for a day) would be acceptable and would allow her to reach her weight loss goal in about 4 months time.

She chose to create some lifestyle changes that will assist her to cut back an average body weight of 250 fat/energy calories for a day.
Here are some of the few simple weight loss and fat loss techniques applied to lose the body weight.

Avoiding a glass of sugar sweetened iced tea will save about 200 calories of energy.
Replacing soft drinks or mineral water for the sweetened empty calories cola drinks which she frequently drinks throughout executive meetings can save another 150 calories of energy or fat.

On weekends outside work schedules, she plans to walk for 60 minutes in one day and spend 1 hour working in the garden the for the next day burning out greater calories of fats and weight. If physical walking for 60-minutes is too much, two split 30-minutes walks per day would as well burn the same amount of weight or fat in the form calories.

Two times in a week she plans to stop over at the gym center on the way back home from work place, even if only for a 30 minutes of stationary cycling, thread milling or swimming (each burning off fats and weight off her body up to 250 calories of weight or fats).

What do you mean by "Weight loss without cutting your diet"? You offer then a 'cut' to your example- cutting out sugary drinks. The truth is, for most folks wishing to lose weight, changes in life style are neccessary.

I wanted to share my story with Raspberry Ketones, but first I wanted to give a little background on me first. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 6, and as all Diabetics know it gets tougher the longer we have this disease with all the complications. Needless to say I have in the past few years been also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism along with Hypertension (high blood pressure). So understand it is hard for me to keep my weight in control, and I knew I needed some help. I started taking these Raspberry Ketones, I watch what I eat the best I can, and get in any exercise I can in when I feel up to it. After 6 months, I lost 30 pounds, and this helps keep it off. If you know anything about the conditions I have, you know how hard it is to keep the weight down, so if this can work for me, than I know it can work for anyone out there. I am a customer for life!

Matcha Green Tea Health Secrets
Hi! Jessica,
Thank you for sharing your story and I am glad that you have found a product that you fully believe on! I just would like to share my story with you, 30 years ago, I lost my father aged 43 to diabetes, during that time we did not have the facilities and the convenience of the Internet, so I would say we were restricted to taking the advice from the doctor and basically relied on everything that he had to say. There were no other options for us to follow. My sad experience of losing my father at a very young age stayed on my mind, especially when eight years ago I had to have a major operation for a blocked kidney. I am now 48 years old and I must say a healthy 48 year old! I am grateful to a friend of mine who introduced me to green tea, took a while for me to get used to the taste, but then I discovered that there is green tea and there is Matcha green tea! (what is the difference?, I asked her one day) Let me introduce you to Matcha green tea, there is book available now to download in Amazon Kindle if you're interested. It just provides you with all the amazing health benefits of Matcha green tea, I have inserted here the link. If you want to contact me,please do so by sending me an email to:, look forward to hearing from you.

Green Tea is an excellent supplement, in fact the Raspberry Ketone Formula I take from Nature's Diet Store has Green Tea Extract in it. So this gives me the benefits of Raspberry Ketone, which is an amazing product for what it has been clinically proven to do. Also to have Green Tea Extract in with this supplement is good too, since it has so many benefits. Green Tea has been proven to help speed up the metabolism by an avergae of 4-6% through a proccess known as Thermogenesis, plus it helps reduce the absortion rate of fat cells within your body, and with all its antioxident properties, it keeps you healthy. This is the best of both worlds. Check it out before you go wasting your money on several different supplements, plus this stuff is really cheap compared to many of the other supplements I find on the market. Thanks but I will stick with this product :

You have to look at the reasons for the weight gain, such as food addiction, emotional eating, poor relationship with food etc. These need to be tackled first before you even look at what you are eating and the exercise you intend to do. This is where many systems slip up. Cutting down on food and increasing exercise will only give you temporary benefits, if you haven't sorted out the mental problems.
