Not yet for me. I don't have the ability to scan my proof of purchase paperwork so I have been faxing it as it says we can do. However, after faxing it several times, they have not confirmed that they have received it. I will not give up!
interestingly, Toshiba gave an e-mail address to use if you had questions about windows 7 (Toshiba Windows 7 Upgrade <firstname.lastname@example.org>) .... i sent 3 e-mails to that address, and for my troubles, i received all e-mails i sent returned with some kind of code number attached to them.......... hmmmm, weird. I do like C. Pinney's suggestion tho! Just might have to restort to that! :)
