Alicia funded nine companies, and thus knows exactly what to do and what to avoid when trying to become an entrepreneur.

The video explains what type of investor you should choose, how to get funding, how to balance income, assets, and outgoing money, and also why companies die.

I think this video is a must for everyone who wants to start his or her own business, even if you do not think that your idea might be worth a million dollar (you might be pleasantly surprised)!

This DVD provides a sound road map for preparing and what you need to get capital for your ideas. The DVD thoroughly covers the forward movement in start up and how to move towards proper funding. Absolutely recommend to anyone considering the life of an entrepreneur or those dealing with raising money. Great explanations and guidance.

Informative must-have DVD for anyone considering a leap into a business venture, or for those who just have questions or concerns about funding! Video is well presented and displays information and explanations in an easy to understand format. It touched on more than one aspect concerning funding that I had not considered, and supplied to me many answers for which I had questions. There were other funding avenues explained that I was not aware of and I was very thankful that this video brought them to light. Thanks to the informative DVD, I was able to better pick which choices were right for me as I gained a fuller understanding of the process. If you are looking for a clear spoken guide on how to get funding for a business or project, this is an excellent source that will answer many questions and save you footwork. Highly recommended to all for the informative nature, and really appreciated that it was written by someone who knew the subject through experience and hard work.

We're looking for funding for several projects at work to expand our business into different segments. I must say, this video is superb at explaining in CLEAR and CONCISE language exactly how the various funding options can work and how to go about getting funding for your projects. We were clueless and we're already working on several plans right now as a direct result of How to Fund Your Million Dollar Idea.

The nice thing about this information in video form, as opposed to book form, is that it doesn't hit us with a bunch of fluff or details that are ancillary to the problem. Alicia Castillo hits the points we need to know exceptionally well. Approaching funding from different perspectives is vital and we would have never realized that (until it was too late and we were denied perhaps) without this video. For example, when you believe in a product as passionately as we do, our approach to funding differs from when we have a liability mindset. And it's important to look at the problem from both angles because the VC or other source of your funds sure is looking at the project from all those angles. In addition, Alicia Castillo forces us to look at our income and expenses from the project and to look at them in an ongoing manner, not just a fixed point in time which was our original approach.

If you want direct, clear, and straight to-the-point answers on how to get funding for your business, charity, or any kind of project, you improve your chances greatly by absorbing sll of the information here first. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Finally I got what venture capital was about. And how it was different from angels and banks. This is a must video for those looking for funds. Good to take notes, toss the calculator and sit down with the team to discuss what is best. The sequential process is wonderful.

Wow! I absolutely loved this DVD as it was informative and helped me to understand all that I needed to fund my business ideas. This DVD explained the basics of funding and what a person needs to complete the process. I learned it is not one thing that will do it, but several different things to get to the point. Alicia Castillo Holley is a successful entrepreneur and she knows exactly what she is talking about. I learned that I need to be more clear and precise about my idea. I also learned that I have 10 seconds to capture a person's attention in telling them why I need funding. Without being clear it is very easy to lose that potential provider's attention and interest. It was a great surprise to watch such an informative DVD that has helped me in various ways.

This DVD moved me to take action to further figure out how to best fund my ideas and make it happen. Alicia Castillo Holley was very direct and explained everything in great detail not leaving anything out. In the past I have come across DVDs and materials claiming they can provide me information on how to fund my business. Unfortunately they left out important pieces of information and wanted me to buy their next product. Alicia doesn't do that and she shares the truth. One of the top points she shared about being aware how much you will need to fund your million dollar idea and to know those numbers inside and out.
