Love This Book!!!,
This review is from: The good food cookbook for-- gluten-free and casein-free diets
We are just starting to put our son on a GFCF diet and this book was the perfect beginning!!! It helped us understand what foods to eat and what foods to stay away from. The recipes are easy to follow and taste great! Thank you for making this transition easier for us all!!!
