    RETURN POLICY


    You can return your order within 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact our customer support department to request an RA (return authorization) number. Opened items or damaged factory sealed manufacturer boxes will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and delivery charges (based on shippers invoice).

    All returned items must be in their ORIGINAL BOX and include packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories. Customers pay the cost to return the product. If your product is not in transit (i.e. not left one of our warehouses) we may issue a 100% refund to you.

    Defective Units:
    If you received a defective unit, please keep in mind that most manufacturers may require a service call to diagnose the problem before RA is issued. All defective appliances and tv's will be serviced by the manufacturer under manufacturer warranty before RA is issued. When a product needs to be returned please contact us to receive an RA number. All merchandise defects will be verified by our returns department prior to shipment of the replacement. If a replacement is not available we will credit you for the original price paid for the product. If your product is missing parts please contact the manufacturer first to receive your full manifest.

    Damaged Shipments During Transit:
    We insure all of our shipments 100% and use only respected carriers such as Fedex, UPS etc. It is important that you inspect each delivery before accepting your merchandise. If you notice your product is damaged refuse the package and note the damage on the "bill of lading". Please contact our customer service department within 24 hours ("concealed damages" that are noticed after boxes are opened can only be reported within 24 hrs of delivery).

    If you have received a defective unit, some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.

    Refusing a Package:
    If you placed an order then you refused it for any reason other than damage to the package, please note that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less restocking fees and any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping as long as product is received undamaged.

    Useful Tips to Prevent Returns:
    Please measure the area for your appliance (preferably more than once and with a second set of "eyes". Also, contact manufacturer for the latest specifications on the unit interested since web content (text and pictures) provided by the manufacturer may have changed. Make sure that you have sufficient space to fit large units through your entrance of your home/desired room. Shipping companies charge extra fees for removing items from its box and/or removing/assebmling parts of the unit to fit through your entrance. Please check power requirements for A/C units, Dryers, Electric Ovens/Ranges and similar high power devices to make sure that your facility is suitable. Don't forget about making arrangements for ventilation on applicable home appliances.

    Items That Cannot Be Returned :
    All liquid products and water filter sales are final and items cannot be returned. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. all items missing any manufacture packaging. all damaged items that are not refused at the time of delivery or that we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery.

    How Our Rates Are Calculated

    Amazon.com charges buyers a flat rate for shipping seller orders, and passes the funds to the seller to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.
