      PLEASE CHECK THE TV FOR DAMAGES WHILE DRIVER IS THERE. YOU MUST UNBOX WITH DRIVER, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THE DRIVER GIVES YOU TROUBLES CALL US ON THE SPOT NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE FOR, THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS, UNIT GETS INSPECTED AND POWERED UP AT POINT OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER OR YOU MUST CALL US, NO EXCEPTIONS. QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS CALL US ANYTIME WE ARE ALWAYS HERE FOR YOU (KEEP IN MIND E-MAIL IS NOT A GOOD FORM OF COMMUNICATION). PLEASE READ BELOW. Usually within 48 hours of your order being placed you will usually receive tracking and a invoice for your purchase via your email account. Standard freight is 3-5 business days but can take 3-10 business days if there are unforseen delays. (Business days are Monday thru Friday, holidays are excluded.) Standard delivery time is Monday thru Friday 9-5 PM. You can track your order on line through the web site we provide, along with a tracking number. You can contact the shipper at any time to get shipping information by going under the "Contact Us" portion of their web site and calling them thru their phone numbers listed. Usually the shippers web site is very vague, do not take the date of delivery they have as a set date. Please contact them to set up a appointment. If you do not get a chance to do this the shipping company will contact you with the exact day and time of delivery. You must be present during the delivery process. When the driver arrives someone is required to help the driver put the box where it needs to go, a tip is always helpful. (We ask you to complete the entire inspection process when the unit arrives as it only take 5-10 minutes to complete.) These units have a unique box and require no cutting to view the unit. All units are banded together and the banding must be cut. Some units have white clips on the lower portion of the box that need removed before the outer shell of the box can be lifted up and off the lower portion of the box to reveal the unit on the inside. At this time, before the driver leaves, inspect the unit for any type of damage, including but not limited to a cracked screen or any other types of physical flaws. If the unit is damaged, call us immediately NO EXCEPTIONS . If the driver refuses to let you inspect the unit do not sign off and call us immediately NO EXCEPTIONS, as we pay for this privilege. (If a person signs their name to the shipping document without notating damages to the box, they could be cancelling the insurance. Do not sign off on a unit if you have not inspected the unit for internal damages, NO EXCEPTIONS. ) Within the next few minutes please power up the unit. Leave the unit in the lower portion of the box and put in the power cord and grab an extension cord if needed to reach an outlet. Even though there is no video source. The units power on menus will fire along with static. Look the unit over again for any other damages that might not have been seen while the unit was off. If any problems are found call us immediately. (Again we ask you to complete the entire inspection process when the unit arrives as it only take 5-10 minutes to complete.) These rules and regulations are the most important part of this process because crawfords does not write the insurance policies, the shipper does. Although we are understanding here at crawfords, the shipper’s insurance companies are not. If you have any questions or you are confused about anything while the driver is there, please call us before you sign! Any and all damages must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the product.....KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PROCESS (THIS PROCESS IS HERE TO PROTECT YOU AND OUR COMPANY IN THE EVENT OF A INSURANCE CLAIM)
      TN Trading.LLC Tax Information 

      Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from TN Trading.LLC through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Crawford's Superstore may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from TN Trading.LLC  the Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

    • Returns and Refunds


      ALL return requests must be in the form of an EMAIL, addressed to TN Trading.LLC  through the website. This is a very simple and easy process: in the buyers' transaction history, click on CONTACT THE SELLER link, and request an RMA. Please include a full explanation in the email as to why you are requesting the RMA. This email will be on file with as your documentation for the RMA. We (TN Trading.LLC  will immediately reply to your email with all necessary instructions for the RMA.
      Returns are permitted within 15 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
      There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned.
    • ALL ELECTRONIC ITEMS are considered FINAL SALES once the box is opened. NO open-box returns. 
      Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
      TN Trading.LLC may deduct the shipping charge from any subsequent refund, even if the original transaction included free shipping.
      Any item that is opened or used in any fashion, such as removing the manufacturers labels, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, even when they are returned within the RMA period.
      The return authorization (RMA) is only valid for 10 business days.
      TN Trading.LLC does not accept ANY returns on DVD players, DVD Recorders, Notebooks/Computers, Scanners, Cell Phones, Fax Machines, Printers, Receivers, TV's, TV Wall Mounts, TV Furniture and Home Theater Systems after the box is opened.
      TN Trading.LLC does not accept ANY returns on Apple/Compaq products. All Apple/Compaq products are BRAND NEW in the box, and come with the Apple/Compaq USA warranty, unless otherwise stated.
      TN Trading.LLC is not responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item has a manufacturer'€™s defect right out of the box. In this instance we will initiate a call tag, or provide the buyer with a return label, the more convenient to the customer.
      Returned merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of TN Trading.LLC  It is the buyers' responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.
      A)  ALL returns must include ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: item MUST be in the original factory box, with ALL of the original factory packaging (foam, plastic, labels, stickers, and protective wrappings), an uncompleted, blank, original warranty card, ALL instruction booklets and associated paperwork, and accessories. Please DO NOT deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. DO NOT WRITE ON ANY OF THE MERCHANDISE, IN ANY MANNER, WITH ANY DEVICE. This will immediately be a cause for TN Trading.LLC to refuse the RMA.
      B)  All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Merchandise that is returned scratched or altered will not be accepted.
      C)  All merchandise listed as "used" will only be issued an RMA if the product does not function correctly (as the "used" condition and degree of the item is disclosed upon purchase), once an RMA is issued and the product is returned to Crawford's Superstore the faulty condition of the unit will be verified. If indeed it is deemed "nonoperational" a refund will be issued. If however the unit functions correctly, or has been found to be intentionally damaged by the buyer to render it nonoperational, or the condition has been altered to meet the return criteria no refund will be issued and the price of reshipment to the buyer will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

      Accessories, such as batteries and video tapes, which are opened in any aspect, will not be accepted for return.
