    Gift Messages

    If your items are a gift, we can wrap them for you. We have a wide selection of holiday wrap to choose from. We will also include a complimentary gift card, with a personalized message. You can add a free gift message for each item in your order. We will also remove the price tag off of your gift and not include a receipt with pricing on it.

    Even if you do not purchase gift wrap, simply enter your gift message upon check out, and we will include a complimentary gift card with your order.

    During the checkout process, you can choose from several patterns of gift-wrap.  We will wrap each item in its own box with tissue paper,  and personalized gift card, using the paper pattern you select.

    Returns Policy Overview

    Please email us for return instructions.

    You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. 

    The time frame below out lines the time frame of your return:

    You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in 'YOUR ACCOUNT".

    Items that are Not Returnable

    Per amazon's return policy, we can not accept returns past 30 days.   

    We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for rooted/modded android phones, or android
    phones with third party firmware/roms installed.

    Calculating Your Refund

    The following conditions and exceptions apply:

    Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing original packaging or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

    A Restocking fee will be applied on all open items. The restocking fee will be based on the condition and usage of the item upon return. Restocking fees start at 15% of the cost paid. Item must be inspected before restocking fee can be determined. 

    Packages sent back "Unopened" will not be charged a restocking fee but will be charged a $25 fee for having the package returned to sender. Seal must not be broken. 

    Original Packaging and original accessories are required to be sent back for a refund.

    If the item is missing the UPC or serial number, no refund will be issued.

    Cost of shipping can not be refunded.
    If free shipping was selected,  $15 will be deducted for the original shipping charges. ***(refused, or intercepted packages will be more).

    Refused packages, Intercepted packages and packages sent back with an "undeliverable shipping address" that are not the result of our error, will be subject to a "return shipping fee" which will be deducted from the refund.

    Packages that have to be "Intercepted" and sent back to us,  that are not the result of our error, will be subject to a "return shipping fee"  and "intercept fee" which will be deducted from the refund.
     
    WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW, BEFORE RETURNING  AN ITEM:

    * A restocking fee MAY apply as outlined in our return policy.
    * Please read this carefully before you return any
    merchandise. Failure to follow directions may result in additional
    restocking fees

    1. Please include a copy of this email with your return.
    2. Do not tape or write on the manufacturer product box/packaging
    3. If the phone has been used, please perform a factory reset and
    remove all personal information and passwords from the phone.
    4. Returned products that are not complete (missing original
    packaging, accessories, documentation etc) can/will be subject to
    greater restocking fee’s.

    ***FGS Trading reserves the right to refuse any return that has
    been damaged by the customer or is not accompanied by the original
    retail packaging.

    Exchanges

    If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, email us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please email us to return the original item  (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

    Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in 'YOUR ACCOUNT".

    We can not guarantee any language other then English being on the device.  We only ask for English as one of the language settings, as this is required for us to sell the phones in the US. 
    No phone on the market will have every language in the world, and since every phone designed for a specific region will have different languages preloaded, it's next to impossible for
    us to know what other languages are on the phone besides English. 

    Please contact us if you have trouble changing the language setting. We will happily walk you through all the steps.
