Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship
worldwide. All international items will be shipped with USPS
International Priority Mail or DHL Global Mail. To determine the cost, please click on the Shipping Tab for the item you are interested in purchasing, or add your
selected items to your cart and click on calculate shipping. If you have some specific instructions please contact us before or at the time of purchasing the item.
How do I return the purchased item?
A: Once you Login into your Amazon account you will see your most recently ordered items. Look to the right hand side of the page and click the button marked Return Items. On the next screen click the box next to the item you wish to return and select a reason from the drop down menu. Enter any additional comments in the box provided if you so choose and then click the Submit for Approval box on the bottom right.
We honor all returns made within 60 days of delivery. Returns are processed in approximately 5 days, 14 during high-volume seasons. All refunds will be credited via original form of payment.

Otherwise customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We accept international returns, however international customers are responsible for shipping costs in regards to replacement orders. International orders are refunded for the actual item cost only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns must be placed inside an outer box for return shipping. Items sent without a protective covering will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for damage to original packaging.

Other options include, USPS Parcel Select, First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Delivery method is determined by order and region. This includes P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO related addresses and other U.S territories.
All international items will be shipped with DHL Global Mail or USPS International Priority Mail. Based on the order and address we will choose the best method of delivery. DHL Global Mail provides a track and trace service, which enables customers to track and locate their orders, often providing a faster mode of delivery depending upon location.
