    Our Headquarters are located in Miami, FL.  We ship from over 800 warehouse locations nationwide.

    What do we do 
    We are like a department store, but where most of the products are heavily discounted. We carry many products in our stock but we also drop-ship directly from our Suppliers.  In some cases we are direct with Manufacturers.  In some other cases we buy through authorized distributors of many other Manufacturers.  We sell Appliances, Computer Hardware, Software & Supplies, Consumer Electronics, Phones and Communications Equipment, Extended Warranties, Furniture, Office Equipment & Supplies, Projectors, Security Systems, Tools, etc.  We also sell WHOLESALE and EXPORT.  We accept Government, Military and Schools Purchase Orders.

    Our staff is multi-lingual (English, Spanish and German).  We get Excellent Ratings on Amazon and other Shopping sites.  We use cutting edge CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and whenever a customer calls us for any reason, we open a case and do not close it until resolved.

    Sale Stores Shipping Policies

    Sale Stores does not ship or will deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or to APO or FPO addresses.  Standard Ground Shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive, from the moment it ships, not counting the days until it ships. There can be delays in our purchasing department, waiting for our suppliers to confirm price and/or availability. Furthermore, once the order is processed, we don't control our suppliers so sometimes they ship immediately and sometimes they take some extra time to ship.

    Some items may be too large or too heavy to be shipped by the method you have chosen, or to your chosen destination. Oversized and heavyweight items can not be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Some items (for example, all TV's over 20") can only be shipped by trucking companies. In these instances shipping prices are subject to increase, based upon size and weight. In any event, we will contact you to inform you about the shipping charges, and only ship your order upon approval. Orders generally take two to five business days to process prior to shipping. However, orders may not ship quickly if we and our suppliers are out of stock. We cannot and do not guarantee shipping in any specific time frame. If you call us, we will give you an estimate to the best of our knowledge.

    When placing orders online we only ship Ground.  If the unit ships with UPS or Fedex, deliveries will not require signature.  If the unit ships by Motor Freight (Truck), the default shipment shipping charge is "Dock to Dock" to a Commercial Address.  If you need liftgate (to lower products from truck to the floor), Residential delivery, Inside delivery, "White Glove" delivery, Call prior to shipment, or any other Optional service, you must CALL US BEFORE placing your order to obtain a shipping quote.  If a delivery is made and the shipment is refused because an optional service was not purchased, you will be responsible for freight charges back and forth and re-stocking fees.

    Sale Stores Tax Information

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Sale Stores through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Sale Stores may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Sale Stores through the Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

    Returns and Refunds

  • Top of Page Returns & Refunds

    1. Returning/Exchanging:
    If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier.  That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly.  If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange.  Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#.  In such case no refund will be possible.

    2. Time allowed for Returns:
    If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 14 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you.  After 30 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair.

    3. Condition of Returns:
    In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. 

    4. Shipping & Handling Costs:
    If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense.  If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility.  If you do not like a product or no longer need it, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return.  If you ship the product at your expense please insure it for the full value of the order.

    5. Restocking Fees:
    If you refuse delivery or decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, a restocking fee will apply:
    - Any unopened item in original condition: We will refund 80% of the item's price.
    - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging for reasons not due to our error: Depending on the condition of the item received, we will refund from 50% to 70% of item's price or we could also return the product to you and not refund anything if the product is in bad condition or missing important parts.

    6. Refunds:
    Refunds can take 10-15 business days from the date the item returned was received by us or by our supplier.
