How we started:

We started out of the garage of our house in Everett, WA selling PS3 and Nintendo Wii products from November 2005-November 2007 on eBay. eBay's fees got so high that the owner decided to open a Yahoo! store with the name Acebeach.com. We moved into an office space late 2007, outgrew it and moved in to warehouse space in Kirkland, WA in August 2008 where we flourished with several employees. In February of 2010 we moved the business to Henderson, NV so that we could take advantage of the promotional side of the business dealing with Casinos who purchase products for promotions on the Las Vegas Strip.

Return policies:

If you want to to return a product, please send back the product within 15 days of the day you received the product and we will refund no questions asked.

If the product is not working because manufacturer defect we will take care of that for you as well.

If you want to return a product and you paid for shipping, we will not refund shipping unless the product is defective.

We test all products for defectiveness. If it is not defective we will send it back to you.

Most products like consoles have serial numbers, we record serial numbers for items shipped to ensure that no fraud takes place when returning an order.

Our Quality Packing Products:

I am telling you, we only use the best packing material. U-line brand products are the best in the industry, they follow all shipping guidelines that FedEx and UPS take into favor for insurance claims. Typically we use the brown paper packing material.

ACEBEACH is all about: SPEED, Reliability, Accuracy, and Assurance.

Speed: We want the products to arrive at a time that will surprise the customer. We Ship Same Business Day. If you can prove that we did not ship out a product on the same business day we will give you $5 for each day not shipped.

Reliability: We want to be reliable enough for you to tell your friends about us.

Accuracy: We want to ship you the right products. For Example: When the box packer (whom we call around here the "box monkey") forgets to ship a complete order because they were lazy, we hate that because it costs us more money. So we want to be accurate and we strive at it daily.

Assurance: We make a few assurances at Acebeach and one of them that is real big, is we always ship new products. We DO NOT! DO NOT! ship used stuff. OR refurbished.
