We may purchase items from various vendors, distributors, or retailers and have them shipped to you. In these cases, please ignore any invoices that accompany the item. If there is any confusion upon the arrival of your product, please feel free to email our Customer Service team.
For orders that are customized, please email us back with customization instructions within 48 hours or the order will be shipped with out the customization request.
**Please note that all Christmas related orders placed after 12.17.2014 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas day.**
PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii
We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders that are placed to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or AP addresses without prior notice via email may be canceled, delayed, or refunded.
APO, FPO, AP
Please contact us before you place an order to an APO, FPO, AP, or freight forwarding address as we are not always able to ship to these addresses as per postage laws and other shipping restrictions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working hard to ship to these addresses in the future.
Please note that Portlight allows its customers to return products within 30 days from when the package arrived at their stated destination. If returns are initiated after 30 days from when the product was received, Portlight cannot guarantee they will be able to process the return.
Note that all returns that are returned simply because they are no longer wanted/needed will receive a refund minus shipping and return shipping. Also a 20% restocking fee for items that are in a Like New or Un-Open condition. All items will be inspected upon their return by our Suppliers. Any items returned in a Damaged/Heavily Used condition are subject to an adjusted 50% restocking fee as stated in Amazon's Policy.
Please note that all holiday decoration purchases will not be returnable after December 23rd, 2014.

How Our Rates Are Calculated
Amazon.com charges buyers a flat rate for shipping seller orders, and passes the funds to the seller to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.
The credit given to a seller will usually closely match what the seller pays to ship the item, using the option that you have chosen (i.e. Domestic Standard, Domestic Expedited, etc.).
