SystemsDirect's™ product distribution and logistics is comprehensive, including many longstanding distribution partnerships and manufacturers. We utilize fully stocked warehouse locations across the US, in almost every State- not just a few in one region of the country, or in a few States, like some of our competitors. Our coast-to-coast warehouse network, makes for much better product availability, and faster deliveries to your location(s). The products we sell are brand new with the full manufacturer's warranty. We never sell returned, open box or close-out products.

- We ship carrier rates based on weight and distance from our warehouse where product(s) ordered are in stock, closest to you, via Fedex, UPS and sometimes USPS if warranted.
- For orders with product(s) that require special and/or heavy freight, the shipping cost will most likely be higher than shipping price displayed on your order. For instance, for an order for a big screen TV or other heavy or large products, the shipping for example on you order might show $45.00, but that probably will not be the correct shipping cost, and the correct shipping cost will probably be higher, for example, $75 to over $100.00 depending on the product ordered. The reason the incorrect lower shipping displays lower on your order is because there is not a method on Amazon to set accurate shipping pricing on over-size and heavy items. Big screen TV's and other heavy and large products sometimes require special handling and it costs more to ship them. In these cases, we will contact you with the correct shipping cost for your approval to obtain additional payment.
- We ship Monday through Friday, except on weekends and certain major holidays. In some instances, we may ship your order using a different carrier then what you selected on your order due to factors, such as: heavy product weights, warehouse location and other factors determined by us.
- We do ship to verifiable addresses within the continental US and Hawaii and Alaska.
- We do not ship to Canada, Europe, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Please do not return any product(s) to us without an authorized RMA because we cannot process it and it will be sent back to you.
