Our facilities are routinely inspected by local and state authorities and we are registered with the PA Department of Health.  Additionally, most of our food products are Kosher certified.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: The 3-5 days listed on Amazon is for postal speed only. All Orders generally leave our warehouse in 2 business days after the order is placed.  Standard orders will arrive 3-10 days after an order is shipped. Expedited orders will arrive within 3-4 business days AFTER the order is shipped.  Second Day Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is shipped.  Next Day Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is received.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we do.  On all orders using the Standard Shipping Service in the Continental USA  we will ship your order out with $0.00 (zero) shipping charges.  This is for orders shipping within the ContinentalU.S. only and for those who pick the "standard" shipping method.

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  Only unopened/unused items may be returned and  will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless it is clearly our error.  NO RETURNS, OPENED OR UNOPENED, will be accepted on edible items, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any shipping charges that we have incurred including the cost of packaging will NOT be refunded. This is usually at least $5.00.  Orders eligible for return must be requested within 15 days of purchase date.  Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the items are received back at our warehouse.

Q: My package was returned as incorrectly addressed?

A: We use the Amazon shipping system, addresses are printed EXACTLY as a customer enters it.  We can not change the address.  If you do not enter an address correctly,  the postal service WILL return the package.  When we receive the returned item, we will refund your money less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: All of our shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.

Q:  What if the package arrives damaged, the item is defective, or there is a shortage?       

A: Our Damage and Shortage Policy: Please notify us immediately. It is at Larks discretion whether or not we will replace or refund damges or shortages. If the outter box shows visable damage, you should make a claim with the delivery carrier i.e. USPS, UPS

If there is no visable damage to the outter container. We will either refund the cost of the product or replace it.  Within 2 business days we will issue the refund or replacment. If we replace the product we will ship it via the same method as the original order. Sorry but we cannot overnight replacements as we do not offer this service.  Edible decorations are brittle and easily damaged in shipping. While we do our best to pack them for you, some breakage is inevitable and this is reflected in our lower pricing.  Broken sugars can still be used to decorate your cakes, etc.

From bakery retailing, to wholesale distribution, consulting, and now the internet, we are committed to providing our customers with the cake & candy decorating supplies  needed to make the best product possible at a price that is hard to beat.       Returns:

      Please refer to the Amazon.com Product Return Policy.  Please note that the item must be in original packing, unopened, and can be resold. Edible Items cannot be returned. No exceptions. Upon return we will deduct the ORIGINAL SHIP COST  we paid to ship your item, a 25% restock fee and the rest will be refunded via Amazon back on the original method you paid. For shipments that were refused or undeliverable, we will deduct double the original ship cost, as we must also pay for the shipping charges back to us.

      What shipping methods do you offer?

      Larks Cake and Candy Supply ships primarily via UPS and the US Postal Service. We'll determine the best method based on what you order and your location.

      Do you ship to Military APO and FPO addresses?

      Yes, we do!  Please allow additional time for delivery, which can be up to 20 or more days.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes!  We now ship Worldwide!

      How long before my package is shipped?

      We generally ship your order within two business days of receipt from Amazon.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding common US holidays. 

      How long will it take for my package to arrive?

      It varies based on the shipping method you select when you order.  Remember, we ship our products out fast.  99% of our U.S. customers will receive their orders within 5-8 business days after it is shipped.

      How do I track my package?

      An email is sent to you the day your order ships with all shipping and tracking information.  When you first receive the email and click the tracking link you may not see any information because it can take 24 to 48 hours before the shipping company will update its systems. In the event that you see a message like that - just check back several hours later and you'll see the package location.

      What if my package is lost, damaged, or is delivered late?

      Contact us via email (this is the fastest way) using Amazon or call us 215-839-3972 to let us know the details and we'll work to resolve the problem.
