All items ship directly from Birmingham (AL) and have a 100% Guarantee re: functionality and customer satisfaction. All items will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery/Tracking Confirmation. For items with high ticket prices and/or extreme frailty, either Signature Confirmation or Postal Insurance will be utilized. As I continue to expand, I will begin looking into other Carriers', as time permits (eg: UPS, FedEx, etc.), however, for the time being, USPS is "my" Carrier.

The only Storefront 'policy' I have had to develop (thankfully) is as follows (I hope you understand why this has been put in place, as a "One Man Gang", I give my all to this Enterprise and if I could "personally" deliver the goods, believe me, I would):
Each package I mail is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS); all orders are either sent to you via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail; all orders I ship will contain a (complimentary) Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Confirmation number; this will enable you (and me) to see (or track) the exact location and/or status of your package(s), from the time the package leaves my residence until it reaches your doorstep.
Because I am not a "large scale distributor" (eg: Wal-Mart, Amazon, GameStop, etc.), if a shipment is marked as "Delivered"/"Accepted" or anything indicative that the item was "Received", I cannot (personally) absorb the cost of refunding you (the Buyer) the purchase price of the product. Nor can I (personally) absorb the cost of issuing a return (the same or similar item), or issuing any other means of financial compensation, etc. when I go to (often) extreme measures to ship quickly, provide goods/services at low prices, and deliver top notch customer service (the stuff that goes on behind-the-scenes that no one sees); I think you will be hard pressed to find 'many' Sellers who attempt to keep customers as informed as do I. I will not "bore" you with telling you that I am honest, reliable, and deliver what I say I will deliver (but, I guess, I just did).

How Our Rates Are Calculated
