    Returns and Refunds

    Buyer should be certain in decision to purchase a product and must agree to the policy before completing the order.

    Refund Policy
    Returns for refund only accept within 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Mobile Advance will refund your purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Buyers will have to pay the freight charge to ship back the return. Buyers agree to pay 15 percent restocking fee off the price of the products. All product need to be un-open and in brand new packages or will not be accepted. 20 percent restocking fee will apply to any open/used but products in brand new condition, which there's no scratches, marks or blemishes.

    Defect Return / Replacement Policy
    Customer may return any new computer purchased from Amazon.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 calendar days post sales. We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee (20 percent) based on the condition of the product. Mobile Advance will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of return, Mobile Advance will refund customer purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges.

    Gift Messages

    All gift messages are free! You can add a gift message for each item in your order. Type your message in the box provided (limit 150 characters) to include a complimentary personal gift message with your order. We'll print your message on a special note card, insert it in an envelope, and send it with your gift. There is a limit of one gift message per order.

    Gift Wrapping

    MOBILE ADVANCE is pleased to offer gift wrap as an option to your order. Our Silver Metallic gift wrapping plus blue ribbon along with a gift card with your customized gift message. Products are nestled between layers of white packing sterofoam cushioning. For the holiday season, all gift boxes will be wrapped with a ribbon.

    To select the gift wrap option, simply click off "Show gift options during checkout" next to "Proceed to Checkout". You will be prompted for a gift card message during checkout.

    By choosing to gift wrap your shopping bag, your entire order will be boxed as one gift. To customize multiple gift boxes, please place separate orders for each gift box.
