    We do NOT charge Sales tax UNLESS your order is shipped to an Alabama address. Alabama State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order including shipping if shipped within AL. All shipments to Alabama addresses are charged at that rate - 4%.

    We can not ship to PO Boxes.  Please contact us with your street address.

    We can not ship some products to freight forwarders and your order may be canceled.

    We can not ship hazardous materials expedited.

    EXPORT RESTRICTIONS on Night Vision Equipment
    While all Gen 3 and some Gen 2+ require export licenses, all night vision products are subject to United States Export rules and regulations. Valid export licenses may be issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation 120-130

    For some Generation 3 Night Vision equipment, you may be required to sign a non export agreement before we can ship.

    Air Gun Restrictions
    Washington D.C.: Can not Ship
    New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island): Can not ship

     Illinois (other than Chicago): Any air gun shooting a projectile over .18" or any airgun shooting 700 fps must go to FFL dealer.

    Returns and Refunds

    LG Outdoors Returns & Refunds

    Items will be accepted for refund up to 15 days after delivery. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise if returned within 15 days. Items must be in new un used condition in the original packaging with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. We will not accept any item that shows any sign of wear. If an item is damaged in shipping you must make a claim with the shipping company. We will not accept returned goods that have been damaged or used. All returns should be sent using a standard shipping method which will provide some type of tracking. Items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is $5.00. Shipping fees are not refundable.

    No undergarments of any kind will be accepted for return. Bras, underwear, swim suites and lingerie are non-returnable. All sales are final on these items.

    Safety gear including harnesses, helmets, and ropes are not returnable due to safety concerns. All sales are final on these items.

    Tree stands of any kind are not returnable. All sales are final on these items.

    Bows and Crossbows can not be returned. All sales are final on these items.

    Rifle Scopes can not be returned if they have been mounted. 

    Leopold Rifle scopes and other optics can not be returned if you break the seal on the box.

    Most other items can be returned if they are in new un used resalable condition as new with all original material and un damaged factory package.

    If you use the item, damage the packaging in any way such as cutting open blister pack breaking seal and such.  The item is no longer considered new or sellable as new and can not be returned.  This policy is for the consumers protection.  So you can be assured any item revised from us is factory new.

    All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#). RA numbers can be obtained by calling 1-888-547-4679. Please call for an RA before you send your merchandise. When you contact us for a RA# we will give you the correct address to return the item. If you return any item to the wrong address you will be assessed additional shipping charges so please be sure to contact us before returning any item,

    Undeliverable or refused packages.  If your package is retuned to us from the carrier because they were unable to deliver to the address provided for what ever reason or you refused the package, you are responsible for the shipping both ways.  If the order had free shipping, you will be assessed a shipping charge. You are also responsible for a 15% restocking fee. When the package is returned to us, you will be refunded less shipping cost and the restocking fee.
